worst customer service. I waited 2 long hot hours the place was packed I sat outside for a sale item until they closed they gave me a rain check sticker and was told I could come back the next day and still get the same price for one specific strain which I agreed to. came back and was denied what I was promised! I would not ever recommend this place to anyone!

ever since my first time I've been dissapointed by the bud quality. I usually only come for cartridges but this time I was pleasantly surprised with the GDP cream. decent for the price. haven't tried any other bud from here though

The atmosphere and service was great but the flower is absolutely trash wouldn't recommend if you are looking for flower

I've come to really enjoy the SWC for their fair prices and quality products. My last visit (tues 5/16) was a rare exception where I wasn't particularly satisfied. I usually get great customer service here, but the front desk person was talking to another staff member and ignored me when I said hi and asked how they were doing. No big deal. I am called to the back where my bud tender was somewhat helpful but failed to meet my needs. I was inquiring about vape pens that were CBD and not THC, when I was told that they did not carry any pens that were not rich in THC. I went another direction, but found out after talking to a friend and checking the leafly menu that they do in fact carry an all cbd disposable vape pen. This place usually takes care of me but this particular time I felt neglected by the staff and felt that my budtender didn't have a full understanding of the menu. 4 out of 5 stars still worth checking out

I decided to give these guys another try. from past dry horrible flower.. they had a special buy one get one free. dam I regret it. straight dirt. don't buy there flower. it's different from what you see in those little containers 🤕

i was refused service and told i have exceeded 2.5 oz. There is no way i exeeded my limit so i asked for my purchase history to be sent by email. They said they sent it but i never got the email.

THIS PLACE IS LYING ABOUT THE FREE PASTILLE CANDY! I want my free candy it's says spend $40 and you'll receive a free candy pastille! I spent $51.86 to be exact! It DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT until supplies last but you say in person while supplies last! FALSE ADVERTISING!! AND YOU STILL HAVE THE PROMO UP AND NOT BEING LOYAL TO YOUR PROMO IS STRAIGHT GARBAGE! Loved this place but was very unsatisfied for the time and felt like an issue not a patient! Honestly I could care less about the candy but y'all were being what rhymes with grass about me asking for something YOU promoted!

It was my first time there, the dude at the counter recommended a few strains so I too him up on it thinking he knows what he's talking about. one of the 8th that I bought was crispy dry, the other not so bad. I plan on going back cause it's near me. I just hope the herbs are a lil more fresh next time.

great store cool people. honestly though THE LEGIT EXTRACTS ARE GARBAGE!!! melted into a dark color unpleasant taste. I hate wasting 💰 on my medicine. a 55$ price point I'm expecting beautiful clean rosin. color was almost gray. 😡 ☹

Gotta say props to SWC. I dropped in to grab an edible on a budget. Got the 100mg AZ Date brownie and holy moly for $9(inc tax) you cannot beat the price or flavor. I have called other dispensaries to find the 40mg Date brownie to be $8-10 elsewhere. How SWC can sell the 100mg for less than $10 is amazing. Was big Infusion and Korova fan but Flourish has now got a spot in the lineup!!

The location is great not hard to find. Amazing staff shout out to Tom, Troy&Kiyah they were great. Very friendly and knowledable. Great recommendations. I was a first patient an now I'm going to be continuing patient. Great job guys!👍

Quality meds that last and finally another d that knows how to roll! The Lambs Bread was amazing as well as the other strains i picked up. Excellent customer service and recommendations as well as incentives. Not sure what people are bitching about the quality i have had an experience with a delivery d from tempe no names needed that have awesome prices but the quality is in the shiter. You get what you pay for and if you keep supporting quality the prices go down!

This place is good, but Javier needs some customer skills. He was very short, and didn't seem to want to help. Everyone has s bad day, you need not take it the customers. I saw Dallas helping someone, and I wanted to go back out until she was available. Thank you Javier for a forgettable visit.

SWC gorilla cookies- Totally dig this strain for two reason. A little goes a long way and it’s flavor. This hybrid gets me right within 10 minutes and really puts me in a Sunday cat nap mood. Definitely a documentary binger haha. Labsmoke11 tip: cleaning glass can be messy and stinky. Get a ziploc bag appropriately sized and put some alcohol and salt in with your glass. Shake it, rinse it and enjoy. If ya didn’t know as always if you did good on ya!

I've been to a few different dispensaries and this is the 1st place I will not go back to. They made me take off my hat. The're is no vibe however I received great service from the employees. The quality of the medicine is not great. The medicine was very dry and full of seeds. Not worth what I paid for.. this place needs to lower their prices or get better quality meds.

they don't have selection or grams of flower for sale wtf why? plus the overall selection had been ravaged because you service recreational users now, not a fun experience I will not come back again it was a horrible experience in the end I had to settle for a preroll that cost me nearly $20.00 bucks and it wasn't even a full gram!!!! SWC is seriously a massive letdown honestly get it together guys before you lose more medical patients
