My only really complaint is they aren't open on Sunday. My work hours make it hard to get over there other days including Saturdays

I love the feel of this place. There is always someone ready to answer questions or check you out. I especially love sales on special occasions.

This place is great. You're greeted by great people right when you walk through the door and the check-in process is simple. Wait time is usually under 5 minutes and you're at the counter with another friendly staff member placing your order. Columbia Care has great sales all the time and a rewards program to earn money off future purchases. This place hits all the right notes - highly recommend!

I’ve been to a couple dispensary’s in the area and this one is the best by a mile. Very friendly and plenty of products to choose from.

Cannabist-Chicago is my favorite dispensary!! Their inventory has pure quality products, the staff is super friendly and knowledgable, as they are able to answer all of my dumb questions. And it's located close to home is a plus as well!

Good, clean dispo with lots of options, digital menus, small footprint. Good COVID procedures, and very welcoming for rec and med patients.

Last week I came in as a brand new patient, the atmosphere was calming and secure. The woman who helped me was excellent and very knowledgeable, informative, and let me know how/when to get the best deals for the month. I am heading there today for a few edibles. 2 thumbs up!!!!

Very cool atmosphere, short wait time and knowledgeable staff. It’s nice that they have iPads in the wait area with Leafly pulled up so that you can do some research and ask questions, quality of product is great!

This is the first dispensary at which I registered as a new card holder and they been very helpful, supportive, accepting, and encouraging. Over the last month I have received excellent advice and guidance, the atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable, and the friendly tenders have a wealth of knowledge and experience, offering a wide selection of products at affordable prices with many deals and incentives available. Very medical!

Just Transferred to Columbia. I only give 4 stars as I have not yet purchased. But if it is same product as others it is 4 stars. Compared to other dispensaries in a 10 mile radius from Des Plaines, Service and atmosphere was quite high and informative. Much higher than some suburbs. The Specials and their pricing structure cannot be touched by any of the 6 dispensaries I've visited. Incredibly good deals and value.

Had a great experience for first time patient. Very friendly, proffessional also informative on products. I really appreciated how everythings organized while being attented to at the register. If youre new and unsure of where to go this is a viable option. The staff was accomadating thru the whole process. I cant wait to come back!

This is my third dispensary. Others have not been as good. Must say Columbia Care IL employees and managers are knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
