Budlandia - Division St.

Very disappointing visit. Been dedicating my dollars to this fine establishment for many years now. And, they've always taken care of me and I've always give back to the workers there. However, I was put a back by what just occurred. I had purchased a cartridge on Saturday and started using it today worked for a very short while and would not work no more. I tried it in three other battery's all I get is blinking lights no sizzle or smoke. So I jumped in the car to exchange it. I do this since the kind sales person that sold it to me told "Don't forget your receipt just incase you have an issue with your cartridge. I arrive at the store on the Division an present the sales person with my issue. At this point it all goes side ways. First, i give the cartridge to the sales person they then insist on testing out. Ok sure how are you going to do that. The Sales person proceeds to attach it to their battary and try to test to see if if it working. They then proceed to bring the device up to the lips to either blow or suck on the little whole. When this doe snot work for them. They go out side like that is going to make a difference. When they return from the trip outside I am told it's working. And, to come outside and and try and hit on it to see that it works. This is when the lights went off. First, the person has been handling the cartridge very closely. Second, When I point out that I'm not interested in trying since YOU KNOW COVID. They rush back inside to get an achol prep pad to wipe down the devices. I explain my issue with the whole process, but I am told unless I can prove it broken there's nothing they can do for me. Really, that's what I get. What a bloody bummer. Now, I'm here with 1grm of happiness that is just that and not smokable. The last question I asked was why did your sales person tell me to save the receipt if I can't this was the outcome. The response was "Good question"

The budtender helping me (Katie) was a peach but the joints I bought were rolled like trash. Does the person rolling them even smoke weed? Because I literally had to open and re-stuff every joint I bought from their personal farm.

Don’t go here. They lie to you in the Leafly app. They just want you to come in and hope you’ll end up getting something, the flower is horrible unless you get $12.00 grams and no one in their right mind is spending that much on flower if their smart. Go to local herb collective right down the street for top shelf flower for $5 a gram. $15 an 1/8

honestly the only real reason why i still shop here is for katie, tim and kat. it’s sad to say that the joints have turned into shit... idk who’s been stuffing them lately, every joint that i’ve gotten lately has been either bent or stuffed shitty. it’s sad to say but the joints just aren’t what they used to be. i honestly only really get them bc they’re affordable, i always end up re stuffing/rolling them myself when i end up smoking them.

Been to this location several times, have never had a problem with the quality of any of the products I've purchased from clones to flowers. They carry QuadDawg which has become my favorite strain to smoke of all time. I have been treated poorly by female tenders, on multiple occasions I have witnessed rude, annoyed behavior to customers who do not know exactly what they want or have questions...... People are going to have questions due to the massive variety, and diversity of the products available and the effect they will provide. For older generations this is a whole new experience being able to walk into a store and buy a gram, and be able to pick between so many well grown diverse buds. These questions should be welcomed and answered to the best of the tenders abilities, otherwise they should become trimmers, then they won't have to deal with anyone or anything except the pile of harvest in front of them. I love that this shop is right there by CannaDaddys slugging it out as well. A great dispensarie minus the rude females.

Janae and Katie were amazing and helpful! I am a baby stoner and they made sure I had all my questions answered. Janae suggested good recommendations and is very educated about the products. Prices are very decent too!

Quality is very mediocre anymore. Budtenders don't seem to know much about their products and will make questionable recommendations. Their frequent customer point system has been reset multiple times since I started going there, with everyone losing their points every time, which is a shady thing to do.

I thought the customer service was excellent. The snacks are awesome too.

Katie and Jason always take care of me. I absolutely love this dispensary, definitely my favorite of any I've been too. great deals, great staff, and some really awesome flower, with an impressive variety. I can go here without checking the menu and I know I'm going to get something good. thank you guys!!

Good customer service

I don't like leaving lame reviews, but this place is kind of silly compared to most other shops. pricing is really average, however they don't sell you full grams. you're paying for one gram, and they give you .6 or .5. they literally weighed it out in front of me to only .6 grams. and then obviously the weight was printed on the label. go across the street to the other shop and you'll find they actually sell you the gram that you paid for. or basically any other spot. kind of lame.

The one thing that truly stands out in this place is their customer service and the ability to make you feel like family.

I have been to a few different dispensaries and I always find myself back to this one! The best deals and the funnest place!! I always come out laughing and I am always treated above and beyond- their deals are the best in town by far!!! I honestly think anyone looking for a wonderful experience needs to come and check this place out 😀

this is a place that truly understands the importance of customer service. I'm not going to be offered anything I couldn't get somewhere else, but the energy in the shop makes me want to keep coming back. I have had pleasant visits every time I've been in and especially love that they're open late enough for me to get there after work. this is a pretty regular stop for me and I'm highly satisfied
