Ok but I have found better.

I was low on cash last week and this place had a deal on grams . This place is not far so I decided to try them out. I was extremely disappointed in the way I was greeted , and talked down too. Some of us are new to all the awesome choices we have - and have questions . You will not stay open long by treating people like this!! Will not go back or recommend too others!! But will pass on my experience . With so many options out there you would think that they would want repeat customers - very disappointed !

I was told at a young age, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all" ... Lets just say, this is the first location I've visited in which I did not purchase anything. Nothing. The buds that I were interested in were not up to par with the quality grown. Too hairy, not the right color, etc. This may have to do with the fact the location is a cave. Dark. I couldn't see clearly anywhere in the store, and had to use a medical light on the counter to get any sort of look at the buds. The staff was not as knowledgeable about the strains as they should have been. They are also promoting clones they are way past their clone days and should have been transferred to larger pots awhile back. Oh, did I mention the place was empty and all three employees were out smoking at the front door before I walked in.... I would suggest better lighting, choose your growers and strains wisely and focus on some education for the bud tenders. The location is smack in the middle of two very well established medical dispensaries and It looks like this was build for the recreational market. There were no dabs, oils, etc... Luke, your our only hope.... I Certainly hope they succeed, turn their business around and capture some of the business within their community. If you would like a good deal: Go here on Friday after thanksgiving, you might find $4 gram specials ;-)

I had a great first time impression. Very helpful and knowledgeable employees answered my questions. The pre-rolls were a great and I am looking forward to go back and try on different strains.

Staff SOLD me an avitas cartridge, said to being it back and Trade across if it didn't work or blew. Brought it back the next day after it failed, they refused to exchange. Blamed my pen. I won't be supporting this store, they didn't honor their word.

I have loved getting prerolls here but recently not so much because every time I come in your stock is extremely low, hope whatever is hindering this gets sorted out.

The budtender helping me (Katie) was a peach but the joints I bought were rolled like trash. Does the person rolling them even smoke weed? Because I literally had to open and re-stuff every joint I bought from their personal farm.

Staff is friendly and knowlageable, good bud at good prices.

My last review I bloated about how amazing they were but they’re a bunch of thieves, also notice how they have 4 pictures two for weed and two for oil.. they use those four pictures for EVERY DAMN STRAIN THEY HAVE! strains are not the same they look different and you’re lying to everyone. Their weed doesn’t even get you high.

I tried to make an exchange for a faulty cartridge and the budtender was very patronizing and not very helpful. This used to be my spot:(
