This is one of the best Dispensaries in Northern Nevada. Brian and Kevin up front were able to tell me about all the sweet deals going on, while Ryan and Adrian were able to steer me in the right direction by grabbing me the best flower and concentrate they have. Would 10/10 recommend coming back.

Very friendly staff everytime. Wait times are low even when the lobby is near full. They usually have a good deal on product each time I've gone.

I have come to Blüm for nearly a year now and have always enjoyed the vibe, the cleanliness and the integrity of the staff. Recently, I came in with a friend and made a purchase. The new card system acted kind of funny and after leaving, I realized I was charged twice. The assistant manager Jonathan listened to my concerns and reassured me that he would personally handle the matter. Jonathan maintained open communication lines the entire time, making it clear that he makes customer service his priority. It is clear that he is dedicated not only to his customers but to his store and his team. Thank you Jonathan, and everyone at Blüm, for consistently making our encounters smooth and simple. I will definitely be back for business!

Well it was an overall great and convenient visit I was somewhat displaced by the lack of comunication about the strain I had for pick up the said it was ready yet upon arriving they told me the strain was not in and asked of i had recieved a text message. Relaying the information but infact did not. Yet the clerk who helped was able to point me in some other strains in my price range

Great place to come for your medical needs, I’m so happy here. Parking Security and front desk people Daniel is very welcoming, but when I got to the back they where so patient and professional with me, they brought out the sheets to very the percentage and showed me all products, very knowledgeable with the tools.
