I have come to Blüm for nearly a year now and have always enjoyed the vibe, the cleanliness and the integrity of the staff. Recently, I came in with a friend and made a purchase. The new card system acted kind of funny and after leaving, I realized I was charged twice. The assistant manager Jonathan listened to my concerns and reassured me that he would personally handle the matter. Jonathan maintained open communication lines the entire time, making it clear that he makes customer service his priority. It is clear that he is dedicated not only to his customers but to his store and his team. Thank you Jonathan, and everyone at Blüm, for consistently making our encounters smooth and simple.
