Bloom - Portland

For my first visit I couldn't have asked for a better experience! They had all of my favorite strains at great prices. And can't beat the convenience of having a shop just a block from my place!

This beautiful little spot is just down the street from me, a fact which I couldn't be happier about! Having been to several recreational spots in Portland and Washington, Bloom surpasses them all in storefront aesthetics and attention to detail. I was invited in one at a time to get personal help from the extremely knowledgeable and kind staff. The prices are incredibly reasonable–top shelf ganja for $10/gram (which is in line with street prices). All that on top of a fantastic selection of buds. Definitely plan to make this my regular stop!

As I walked in, Bloom was very professional and nice looking inside. Their budtenders were very helpful and knew what they were talking about. The strains were of great quality and the prices were excellent. I would definitely visit Bloom again.

I really enjoy the whole in the wall feel. Just by the Nike store it makes a presence with an inviting community and a very organic feel. Nice people with beautiful bud.

the best experience i've had in a portland dispensary so far, exceedingly friendly and professional staff and much better variety of mid shelf when i don't have a hundred bucks to drop in one go.

Well, I couldn't give 5 stars on the location, but I am really into mom and pop shops. If I was thinking about clean, nice displays with an open and inviting atmosphere then yeah 5 stars. The budtender who helped me knew all about the prices and strains. The very easy to read charts break down the numbers, price, THC %, CBD % in a super easy way. Last night was my first time there, when I'm on that part of MLK, I know where to go for a preroll, or decent prices on popular strains. Thanks Bloom 😵

I just moved from San Francisco, and was relieved to find a quality dispensary in Portland. Bloom provided the quality meds that I was looking for, with passionate customer service. Melanie and Michael were extremely helpful. My go to spot in Portland.

Was a awesome visit, budtender was very informative. Suggested vanilla kush and it's working for what suggested.

I wasn't going to say anything because I'm a pushover so I put it off and I also know nothing will be done to fix it (although they probably will respond to this to come in). I won't return to buy more, not going to fall for that again. It's my loss. Bloom is a nice shop but they included a vaporized bud in my bag and I'm not happy at all. I'm only posting this to warn visitors and make sure they open it and show you everything to avoid this in the future. Whoever did it should feel guilty for doing such a thing.

Inside this dispensary it looks great. There's bright lighting and it's set up very similar to a pharmacy, with people behind the counter and product prepackaged. I came in to purchase an ounce because I am a OMMP card holder. I was told that I couldn't purchase an ounce because it wouldn't be fair to send somebody (with a OMMP card) home with a bunch of product while the rec users only get 1/4. Really? So basically you're telling me you don't want my business? I was actually offended. That's cool, I know I will not be returning. I have not tried the bud I did purchase yet but I would like to point out that everything is prepackaged and if it's weighed (which I guess they hope nobody does) it comes up short. Don't forget, once it's in your hands, you're stuck with it. The parking in the back is very shady where mentally ill homeless people are walking around. It's a very unsafe environment (parking lot, not the dispensary). I wouldn't suggest turning around OMMP holders because we have legit health issues and that is why we have the card in the first place. I've had my card since 2007. They said that Bloom was originally a dispensary for OMMP holders which is very difficult to believe after being told I can't buy an ounce. They want to look cool to all the rec users so I won't return.

A very nice place to shop. They got my wife and I into the bud room quickly, the budtender was very informative and friendly, and they provided a quality experience. The budtender offered me a tiny bowl of coffee beans to sniff before smelling each strain, and he had all the advice and info that I asked for. I bought an eight of Purple Alien and an eighth of Albert Walker, both at the budtender's suggestion, and I'm very happy with my purchase, though the Albert Walker was real crunchy (no complaints on the high, though). They carded both of us, their registers are secure are secure (less chance of a robbery), they only offered flowers (we're not patients), and they provided government-sponsored information on the "potential dangers" of children ingesting cannabis products at our purchase, so they are as legit as they can get. I will definitely go again and again.

Well I stopped in because they had a couple of very potent concentrates that whet my appetite. They were on the menu while I was on the bus riding to the store. When I got there I was told they were sold out of both of them. The budtender claimed that they had been really busy and stuff had just been flying off the shelf, but the place was empty when I was there. A total waste of a couple of hours. Can you say "bait and switch"?

Very laid back environment with friendly staff. They had a great selection of concentrates and I look forward to my next visit!

I have been to several dispensaries in town and this one has huge potential to be the best one yet. They are growing one of the best stains I have seen in a long time called "Starz" I have diabetic neuropathy in my legs and a little of this stuff went a long way with helping my pain level...I will for sure be back for more! We were just driving by on our way home from the Expo Center and our feet were killing us. We didn't have any CBD caps with us, so we decided to stop in. Wasn't too sure about the neighborhood, but its across the street from Nike, so how bad could it be? They didn't have the CBD caps we were looking for, but did have a nice selection and I managed to find something to buy that I just had to have.... We'll watch to see if they add CBD gell caps to the menu and won't hesitate to stop in again instead of driving by!
