Bloom City Club - Medical

Bloom is the only place i will go to get my medicine, they wont put anything on the shelf that has not been tested, and let me tell you the are very few if any other education/provisioning center like that. They have the best medicine, and the best staff. i love how everytime i go into bloom i learn so many new things, i always look forward to going to bloom, they just brighten up my day everytime :)

The staff are all very friendly and inviting. The coffee is amazing as well! My first visit was great! Everything is of high quality, and the display is very well laid out. The atmosphere is welcoming and homely. I will definitely be going here from now on

Bloom is the best in town! The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The menu is large and they're the only place with my favorite strain.

The staff was so welcoming and knowledgeable, Reb. was awesome. They have a great variety of different offerings. This was my first visit but it will not be my last. Reb. recommended a Super Glue pre roll, wow nice buzz yet very alert and energetic. I spent more than I intended to but there was so much to choose from.

Love the privacy of the parking lot. Friendly staff. Very clean. Knowledgeable about all products. I am looking forward to my next visit. And very good prices and hours of operation are terrific!

Waited on by Derek. He has more patients than anyone. I was new to this medicine and had hundreds of questions. He knew all I asked and educated me on a lot of information! Lots of options on products, friendly Staff and reasonably priced. Got lucky and hit a sale day for what I was getting. 👏👏 I will be back!

One of my favorites. Always has a great selection and friendly atmosphere. I just wish they took plastic since I rarely carry cash, but that isn't a huge deal. Would definitely recommend.

I am not medical - and that may not make any difference - but I have to say Bloom City is without a doubt the dispensary I'd roll with, if it were the case I had to choose just 1. I could go on forever but even as a consumer of "adult use", the most I've waited at Bloom City is about 3-4 minutes prior to being brought onto the floor. Things initially seemed a bit "hit or miss" with regard to their recreational inventory but it's clear they must have ironed out all those kinks, back in 2019. Cash or Card (credit card processing issues do need to be resolved, once and for all...though), the most relaxed environment of all these ann arbor establishments and a side note is that, also without a doubt, Bloom City has the sweetest and most attractive women to help you grab your goods. Now...if only there were a Bloom City on every corner, as I (gladly) drive 45-55 minutes a couple times a week to Ann Arbor in order to shop here.

Normally I've had great experiences with bloom until my most recent visit where I was tip shamed and told "maybe you'll think of the bud tenders next time" in a awful tone because I paid with card and didn't have cash on me. Sorry I've not been to the bank in two weeks. I get that its stressful right now but thats no reason to be condescending to your customers. I'm a medical patient too, and there are plenty of dispos I've been to that don't even accept tips because they treat it like a pharmacy where you wouldn't tip your pharmacist, personally I like to tip and have always done so when I come inside but because I forget a tip once on pick up I'm treated with snark and made to feel bad? I honestly don't think I'll come back any time soon even though you guys have been my go-to.
