Bloom City Club - Medical

I got my card Saturday morning, and was here Saturday afternoon. They set the bar very high! Awesome place. I really loved it here and felt comfortable. I'm new to all of this and they were great. Too bad I don't live in Ann Arbor - I'd be here more. Rebecca was my budtender and she was very helpful. She educated me on a few things, talked me into trying vaping (smoking hurts my lungs too much), gave suggestions on what to try and taught me to let your nose do the picking after they make the suggestions. There is a large waiting room and a restroom. Not all places have a restroom. It's ran by women, and apparently the growers are women - so that's pretty cool. And pesticide free. They use neem and other natural ways to keep bugs off the plants during grow time. This place had the largest selection of edibles, butters, storage containers, just everything. Clean, organized, friendly, educational, in a nice neighborhood with a pastry/coffee shop across the street. Parking could be an issue, but you can park on the side street by the coffee place. It's an hour away, but I'll be back there.

This was the first place I went when the green Genie was closed two different kinds of weed $22 a gram big old buds with giant stalks it was so dry must have been a year old they shouldn't rip people off

Where to even start... From the minute you walk in, it's nothing but a positive, patient oriented atmosphere. You can hear light, uplifting music, you are warmly greeted. As a new patient, this experience can be overwhelming, but they made the initial impression that new or seasoned, you're home. The back room was not typical of what you'd expect to find in a dispensary, modestly displayed jars, labelled carefully and arranged pleasantly, with an algorithm I don't understand, but they do. Rebecca, a budtender was behind the counter and offered a smile, and began with an explanation of everything I needed to know. She politely asked what kind of relief I was seeking, and went on to provide a level of personalized and meticulous selection based solely on empathy and relief of debilitating symptoms. The donation was very conservative for the quality and time they put forth. The way they connect with patients on a personal level without being invasive, while staying professional and friendly is not a learned skill, but an intrinsic quality the world so desperately needs. I highly recommend this establishment. 100/10 stars.

So, I would drive by this location sometimes and always meant to go in and I am so glad I stopped when I did. First of all, the atmosphere is completely welcoming and professional. You get a sweet hello from the receptionist upon walking in and there's complimentary tea/coffee/water/CANDY!!!! Also a bathroom. Some dispos don't have bathrooms, guys. Anyways, I'm transgender and my med card has my birth name on it, and my ID has my changed name. They were suuuuper chill about all of it and the girl even told me I pass as the gender I identify as in a super enthusiastic tone. It's all female owned here, so it's truly just full of love and care. They have a great selection when it comes to anything and everything. I swear you will not be disappointed. I'm not going to any other dispensary for as long as I live here.

They are taking advantage of the shortage. They had two strains of bud that were each almost triple the price of normal bottom shelf. Everything was double priced of what it is at other shops. Walking out I felt like I got robbed, and I have nowhere else to go. Please avoid if you like paying fair prices.

Bloom City Club is price gouging its patients for low quality completely untrimmed flowers. Everyone involved with this place should be ashamed. If a hurricane hits its these same kind of people who will charge you 50 bucks for a case of bottled water. They deserve a boycott. Shame on all of you for using this situation to exploit people seeking medicine. Big Pharma tactics on a small scale. PURE EVIL!!!

Updated review.. This place has quickly fallen off of my favorites list. You have to do a review to get any kind of discount an they think 50,60,65 an 8th with a couple 40$ is ok to charge full price to their disabled patients with fixed incomes (10% does make a difference). The last 3 visits for me ended in buds I wasn't pleased with. None of the flowers were very dense. Not much selection after ya go through all the house strains an then when ya do find somethin new to try they want 65$ an eighth. Edible selection is probably best displayed in town, others may have near same amount but here it is all out, no flippin through binders. People are nice, building is nice... Smoke is not as good as it should be, especially for the prices they ask.

My husband is a new patient here. He suffers from several different medical conditions that make it had for him to do daily activities, sleep at night, and eat. After going to several different places and not finding any medication that has helped with all his symptoms and medical we choose to go to bloom city. When we arrived after an hour and a half drive I felt very relaxed as I waited for him to go inside. When I got a chance to talk with him after he was done he informed me that he had found a medication that could help him during the day with his issues and then another one that would help with his nighttime issues. So far after a few days he seems to be in brighter spirits and feeling better. He's eating, sleeping and able to move around with a lot less pain.

This dispensary is absolutely awesome! The customer service is great and the ladies are helpful and friendly. I believe they truly care. I drive 40 minutes to come here because it is so much better than any dispensary that is closer! You have to check them out!

This used to be my favorite place in Ann Arbor. The last time I went they did not even label my flower. Yesterday I paid over $12 for each pre-roll And they were super small and skinny. Way smaller than they used to be. It’s sad to see the direction that this place is going.

Met Rebecca on my first visit who knows her stuff! What a refreshing change from just some stoner kids behind most dispensary counters. She took the time to talk to me and find out what product would be best for my medical condition. Strong supporters of veterans too! I would highly recommend this place. Love it!

Not giving five stars to make them look good, their quality is amazing, the people that work there could talk to you for days about anything and are unbelievably personable. The atmosphere is my favorite part, was telling the lady there I wish I could move my bedroom in there. The support they have for women and women in the job force is unreal. Such a great dispensary!

This is the best place I've visited since getting my med card. Not only is the staff extremely, extremely amazingly informative and upbeat, but they truly seem to genuinely care so deeply about each and every client that walks through their doors; I had the privilege of meeting one of the owners and she was just as passionate and informative (as well as genuine and interested in me as a person, client, and overall human ha as the rest of the staff that i've met since my first visit and subsequent visits following) as the rest of the team. Would recommend this location to ANYONE; first timers or old school vets with their med cards, check out this location and meet the awesome, informative, and passionate crew running the spot.

Wow! A friend recommended Bloom City after a recent visit and I had to check it out after a glowing review. First, the product selection...unlike anything I've seen in Michigan. Amazing amount of options across their product lines. The quality of the flower was some of the best I've seen, period. Amazing variety of oils, concentrates and edibles like WHOA! The staff was beyond friendly, quick, deeply educated about the products and super professional. If you're a new patient, the team will make you comfortable and help you navigate your new treatment options. I can't wait to take advantage of online ordering for those occasional quick stops. Although, the shop is so clean, comfortable and welcoming that I'll avoid rushing on each visit. Great location, parking might be tough on busy day but that's TBD. Regardless, the positives will keep my coming back. Thanks for the great experience!

Better parking situation than many others downtown, better even than last year! Product is consistant and huge! I've been coming for a while now, always have new and interesting products I don't see elsewhere.

I was very disappointed the first time I visited this location. I was interested in CBD pills, but the packaging did not contain any information about dosage, and no one in the shop could tell me the strength of the pills. This struck me as highly concerning, dangerous, and problematic. Fortunately, someone was eventually able to obtain this information and get back to me, which I appreciated. I plan on visiting this location again, and I hope that the staff are more knowledgable about the products they are selling.

definitely one of the cleanest dispensaries I've been to in A2, in the same league as the A2 wellness collective, Om of medicine, and tree city, but what will keep my friends and I returning to bloom is the value, the beautiful ladies there always seem to have something that is a bargain at every level whether it is flower, edibles, or concentrates.

I drive 40 minutes to go to Bloom City Club. I've never had a bad experience or product. The most friendliest and knowledgeable staff out of all the dispensary I've been to. If you're in the area I would recommend checking this place out!

Such a wonderful experience! I am a new MM patient and someone who has only used marijuana minimally in the past (and not at all in the last 6 years), so I didn't really know what to expect. But everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped in the door! My consultant (I can't remember her name! Ashley maybe?) walked me through the various strains and made excellent recommendations, and also helped me to choose a vaporizer. She was extremely knowledgable and answered all of my newbie questions. When it came time to check out, I was pleasantly surprised by the total - I had expected everything to be much more pricey! The only downside at all was that they did not have Cannatonic in stock - as a medical patient, I would like to have a high CBD strain on hand at all times. But I was pointed in the direction of Charlotte's Web, which was amazing. 5/5 stars, will definitely return in the near future!

Certainly one of the nicest dispensaries in the area, and my personal favorite. Owned and operated by women, Bloom sets the standard in dispensary hospitality, comfort, and thoughtfulness. I've recommended it to all of my friends and try to stop by each time I'm in Ann Arbor. Great selection of high-CBD products and RSO and local selections of the seasonal organic flower.

Best dispensary in Michigan!

Wow!!! Where do I begin?! When I arrived at Bloom City Club, I had to do a double take! This can not be a dispensary?! This place looks like a dream spa. I walked in with my aunt, who's from out of state. Bloom City Club made both of us feel welcome. The warm and inviting atmosphere that is within Bloom City Club is unlike any dispensary that I have encountered here in the Mitten state. The flower is tremendous, nice and dense nuggs that have heavenly and invigorating aromas. Top shelf selections that are through the roof. The Cuvee (flower) hits right away with a smooth and sweet taste that is uplifting and energizing. The Cuvee (live resin) tastes like a sweet and savory experience, and it's clean flavor made me smile. The mediedible selection is by far the best in terms of variety and pricing. Rebecca was truly a budtender through and through and was wonderful to talk to and engage with. Bloom City Club was like catching up with a good friend that one hasn't seen in awhile. I will definitely be a patron of Bloom City from now on and will be speaking their praises to everyone!
