I got a happy greeting by all of the employees. The Sunflower Goddess Angela, I hope that’s her name 😁, was tremendously helpful and stuck with me as I decided what I wanted! She is very knowledgeable and has helped me before as this was not my first visit and won’t be my last! Y’all are my Go To dispo!

Budtender was very nice and quick. Answered all my questions and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

Went to Big Buds for the first time today and had a great experience! The staff was very helpful and they had a huge selection. They have awesome deals everyday and open 24/7. Definitely going to visit many more times!

Very nice people and good products

Okay I have been faithful to this place and I have got to say the management has grown over the years in such a positive way. The manager Angie always takes amazing care of me and treats me like family, she knows the products they sell like the back of her hand and always gives me great recommendations. Also there’s daily deals that change throughout the week.. even Happy hour. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great bud

Breck and Jenna are my go-to budtenders there. Always polite and courteous but friendly as well. Between them, the product always being good and the point system there, there really isn’t many better options.

Been a customer at this store for over 4 years... one of the things I always loved about the place was the "penny" pre-rolls to thank you for spending 50$ at their store. I waited until Friday to come in this week, only to be told they don't do the Penny Pre-Rolls anymore. Instead, they're only discounted. I think of the times I've spent an additional 20 or 30 bucks to get to the next "penny pre-roll" level, and know now that I won't ever be doing that again. It wasn't really worth doing that (even when they were a penny) but in a small way it made the customer (me) feel like they were being rewarded for their patronage. Now I just get the feeling they are selling them just slightly over "cost" which defeats any thoughts of 'being rewarded'. Plus.... I'm old and I hate change, so there's that..... It's not enough of a deal for them to lose a customer, but it will cost them extra money that would have been spent. But, that's better for me in the long run. I'd love to see a bigger selection of Sativa's as well as Sativa DOMINANT hybrids (i.e. 75/80%sativa) so there ya go... my 2 cents worth.

Staff was so helpful and answered all my questions. Kelsy is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for customer service !
