I like the staff. They’re kind and knowledgeable. They pretty much pick out everything for me and I trust their opinions. However, I don’t like their house pre rolls very much. The GD Processing brand that they get their supply from can be really loose and run pretty bad. The prices are 6/$20.88 (after tax) so they’re not bad but I prefer the TNTH house brand better.

Wow this place has really gone downhill. The prices are WAY too high. The budtenders are always all up in your face and you don't even have a moment to LOOK at anything....unfortunately it's like that at every dispo. The guy would NOT STOP TALKING, so annoying. Why does everyone have the worst teeth and gums at these dispensaries. Blech. Got product there this week after a looooong hiatus and now I remember why I wasn't going back. Would not recommend.

LOVE!!!!!!! It here. You get discounts every single day. Not the mention happy hour prices. Love the employees they are always so sweet and so knowledgeable! I will definitely be back again!

Very happy with my experience. Please never buy product from Danh LLC. If I see certain growers product in a dispo, I will they will not get my support. Big Buds you were great.

I look forward to coming to Big Buds, and I drive out of my way to go there instead of different dispensaries in town. The service is great, particularly Angie R. The attendants are always friendly, respectful, and quick. Great customer service and a very generous military discount (25%) and rewards program. All in all, it’s a great place.

I got a happy greeting by all of the employees. The Sunflower Goddess Angela, I hope that’s her name 😁, was tremendously helpful and stuck with me as I decided what I wanted! She is very knowledgeable and has helped me before as this was not my first visit and won’t be my last! Y’all are my Go To dispo!

Amazing all around

Been a customer at this store for over 4 years... one of the things I always loved about the place was the "penny" pre-rolls to thank you for spending 50$ at their store. I waited until Friday to come in this week, only to be told they don't do the Penny Pre-Rolls anymore. Instead, they're only discounted. I think of the times I've spent an additional 20 or 30 bucks to get to the next "penny pre-roll" level, and know now that I won't ever be doing that again. It wasn't really worth doing that (even when they were a penny) but in a small way it made the customer (me) feel like they were being rewarded for their patronage. Now I just get the feeling they are selling them just slightly over "cost" which defeats any thoughts of 'being rewarded'. Plus.... I'm old and I hate change, so there's that..... It's not enough of a deal for them to lose a customer, but it will cost them extra money that would have been spent. But, that's better for me in the long run. I'd love to see a bigger selection of Sativa's as well as Sativa DOMINANT hybrids (i.e. 75/80%sativa) so there ya go... my 2 cents worth.
