Shorted three times already. One of the "grams" was was as little as 0.7g! Done with this place.

I visited this location for the first time last week. Mixed reviews. They forgot to put a bottle a Kief I ordered into my bag but I had already shredded my receipt. Then the vape juice cartridge they gave me was not pourable which I specifically requested and also does not work well with my battery which they indicated it would after they inspected it. Waste of $$
On the positive side their selection was decent and facility was very professional. Wait was longer than I was expecting for it being 930am.
Also the free pre-roll (State Flower Star Dog) my budtender selected for me was awesome. I may have discovered a new favorite strain so that may end up being a wash with the negatives. Probably would not go out of my way to visit again due to the distance from home.

I suggest finding another dispensary. I was a frequent customer until a staff member arrogantly and irrationally decided not to sell to me including recreational, after I couldn’t find my medical card. Staff usually doesn’t check the curbside pick up medical cards when medical patients receive there orders at curbside pick up, when it’s busy. when it’s not busy, sometimes they check. I told her I didn’t have it and she refused to sell to me Including recreational. The staff was extremely difficult, petty, irrational, demanding, and the manager got in my face within inches which violates social distancing rules, I guess in an instinctive way to challenge me instead of resolving the issue rationally. There was no arguing and everyone kept there distance until the manager broke that rule. it was totally unnecessary for him to get so close in such a manner. We stepped outside and he than told me they can’t sell to me out of choice not regulation.. One day you will have to deal with similar behavior if you shop here long enough.. And us customers shouldn’t have to deal with idiotic, petty employees who selectively enforce rules based on if they like you or not!.

I made a mistake with a recent purchase and when I called Megan, the manager took the time to explain where I made my mistake and still provided a discount on my account for my next visit. Andrea was courteous, as the budtenders always are.

I have been a frequent customer of The Apothecarium for several years now.
The products are phenomenal, but I have been disappointed with their customer service, so opted for delivery to avoid them.
I recently had to purchase in store and was helped by a wonderful, young lady named Bianka who was polite, knowledgeable, and ultimately very kind.
I was very impressed and if she is an example of the improved customer service for The Apothecarium then they deserve my 5 stars. Keep it up!

Alen is the bomb he just started working there 3 months ago and is doing great from the service he gave me he took time to ask about what I was looking for my tolerance he showed concern for the consumer and that’s amazing love your store and staff thank you free battery

Bait and switch. No product that they had advertised for a 3 day special. If you’re gonna have specials for Labor Day. You shouldn’t run out before the actual day. Almost like you wanted to run out so you could sell your other product at full price. I left without giving them a dime. Dishonest or just incompetent.
