Beyond Hello - Las Vegas (Sahara)

I appreciate the quality and atmosphere of this shop, but what keeps me coming back is the staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable about their product, more knowledgeable than usual in my experience. They also have some affordable options too, for frequent users, like myself. While I frequent other shops too, Apothecarium will always be a favorite I visit again and again.

Fantastic service, quality products at decent prices. I like how they think for the locals, not price-gouging to death. I have visited several dispensaries around the valley, but this place is by far the best. It's now my "home store", and recommend it for everyone. Keep up the awesomeness!

Their prices are through the roof since they acquired Apothicarium. It WAS a great place, but is now an overpriced chain.

Every time I come here it feels like a breath of fresh air. They have good deals, a rewards program, and the staff are all excellent— knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. My favorite dispensary in Las Vegas!

I visited this location for the first time last week. Mixed reviews. They forgot to put a bottle a Kief I ordered into my bag but I had already shredded my receipt. Then the vape juice cartridge they gave me was not pourable which I specifically requested and also does not work well with my battery which they indicated it would after they inspected it. Waste of $$ On the positive side their selection was decent and facility was very professional. Wait was longer than I was expecting for it being 930am. Also the free pre-roll (State Flower Star Dog) my budtender selected for me was awesome. I may have discovered a new favorite strain so that may end up being a wash with the negatives. Probably would not go out of my way to visit again due to the distance from home.

I suggest finding another dispensary. I was a frequent customer until a staff member arrogantly and irrationally decided not to sell to me including recreational, after I couldn’t find my medical card. Staff usually doesn’t check the curbside pick up medical cards when medical patients receive there orders at curbside pick up, when it’s busy. when it’s not busy, sometimes they check. I told her I didn’t have it and she refused to sell to me Including recreational. The staff was extremely difficult, petty, irrational, demanding, and the manager got in my face within inches which violates social distancing rules, I guess in an instinctive way to challenge me instead of resolving the issue rationally. There was no arguing and everyone kept there distance until the manager broke that rule. it was totally unnecessary for him to get so close in such a manner. We stepped outside and he than told me they can’t sell to me out of choice not regulation.. One day you will have to deal with similar behavior if you shop here long enough.. And us customers shouldn’t have to deal with idiotic, petty employees who selectively enforce rules based on if they like you or not!.

I have been a frequent customer of The Apothecarium for several years now. The products are phenomenal, but I have been disappointed with their customer service, so opted for delivery to avoid them. I recently had to purchase in store and was helped by a wonderful, young lady named Bianka who was polite, knowledgeable, and ultimately very kind. I was very impressed and if she is an example of the improved customer service for The Apothecarium then they deserve my 5 stars. Keep it up!

I always enjoy visiting the store. Today I was looking to try something different, and Trace took amazing care of me. She was very knowledgeable about the product, shared her enthusiasm about different features and gave me great advice on what I was looking for. She really made my visit special, as did all of the friendly staff. You can’t help but smile walking out of the place.

I ordered from their store through Leafly, and I got delivery. Delivery was free for orders over $75 and the driver was nice. I did the NuLeaf deal of 4 1/8s for $100. Awesome deal in my opinion. Last night I smoked Berry Crunch, the flower was super fresh, had a nice citrus scent, and gave me the perfect high. I was giggle happy, and enjoyed it with my boo. It didn’t give me the munchies which I loved! Definitely will be doing deliver with them again!

Hello my names Rashad today I’m reviewing the citrus sap cartridge by silver state trading - it’s a hybrid means the best of both worlds , effects last about an hour to two can taste lemon with a hint berry and by far it’s doing its job. I️ give 9/10 because I’d like to get 1000 mg and see if it’s any different

I came in earlier this week and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Ross was a great help to my friend Eddie and I and I came back yesterday and Ashley didn't disappoint either. I'm definitely coming back and also applying :)
