really Kool spot, the only spot in Vegas where they weight in front of you and they also give you free comes to roll your flower you purshace from them, geat amount of info and swagg, I got so many stickers on my 1st visit!!!

Loved this place! The museum was adorable. The prices are a little high but just because I’m not from Vegas, they are decent for Vegas prices. The staff was super welcoming and nice! I loved my bud tender she was very kind and super knowledgeable about terpenes & it was super helpful. Thank you!

I have been a frequent customer of The Apothecarium for several years now. The products are phenomenal, but I have been disappointed with their customer service, so opted for delivery to avoid them. I recently had to purchase in store and was helped by a wonderful, young lady named Bianka who was polite, knowledgeable, and ultimately very kind. I was very impressed and if she is an example of the improved customer service for The Apothecarium then they deserve my 5 stars. Keep it up!

Store atmosphere was well put together. Quality bud but slightly pricey, I've seen better deals for similar quality close by. Our personal team member didn't have many recommendations for the price we were spending while visiting.

The person is in the front is very nice and these people are professional with you. Also there is no lock out section. Its all open and the people actually talk to you.

I have been coming to Apothecarium for several years and never experienced issues until the start of the covid pandemic. The website clearly indicates this dispensary accept medical patients however be forewarned if you are one like myself, you will not have a choice but to wait inline as if you are a recreational consumer. I came to this dispensary faithfully as they carry the syringe AMA RSO but again I am disappointed in the way I was treated on a couple of different occasions. Per the security at the front of the store, if you present your Medical ID you will be asked to wait in the back of the line. Being physically disabled, this was difficult for me to accept. I understand they have a curbside pickup and delivery however my intention to come inside, use the atm and get meds per norm was ultimately diverted. When I asked why I could not enter as usual, I was told do to the 6' rule of covid, medical patients must wait inline too for the safety of others. I crushed 4 vertebrae in my spine in an 80mph rollover accident, rso is what treats my pain and has kept me clean from using opiates for over 3 1/2 years... I am just surprised that this happened not only once but twice. I do not have time nor do I want to do curbside, I do not have the time to wait, I needed to use my lunch break to simply get my meds which normally takes less than 10 mins, not being able to do so has been frustrating. You will be encouraged to do curbside or to ask for delivery, though there is no specific window of time as to when you should expect your meds to come per delivery, other than a text message. I was grateful to chat with a representative by the name of Bud on the website. He was kind and empathetic of my circumstance, he did encourage curbside pickup but he also understood where I was coming from. Hopefully once this pandemic passes and when life returns to normal, so will the service of medical patients. Do not get me wrong though, I love the people that work here. They have all been awesome with me in the past but if you are medical, I recommend holding off for your in store trip.

I suggest finding another dispensary. I was a frequent customer until a staff member arrogantly and irrationally decided not to sell to me including recreational, after I couldn’t find my medical card. Staff usually doesn’t check the curbside pick up medical cards when medical patients receive there orders at curbside pick up, when it’s busy. when it’s not busy, sometimes they check. I told her I didn’t have it and she refused to sell to me Including recreational. The staff was extremely difficult, petty, irrational, demanding, and the manager got in my face within inches which violates social distancing rules, I guess in an instinctive way to challenge me instead of resolving the issue rationally. There was no arguing and everyone kept there distance until the manager broke that rule. it was totally unnecessary for him to get so close in such a manner. We stepped outside and he than told me they can’t sell to me out of choice not regulation.. One day you will have to deal with similar behavior if you shop here long enough.. And us customers shouldn’t have to deal with idiotic, petty employees who selectively enforce rules based on if they like you or not!.
