it was great experience for first time. been going there since then now. everything was great the service the quality and it was just overall very good experience

My first time,, I thought I'd be "smart" and set up an online order for an easier pick up, as I had other errands to run that morning. I pull up and there are two lines in the front of the building; a long one that wraps around the side of the building and a short one of about 3 people. I walked to the front of the building to see the signage of the lines and the short line sign read "Adult Use Walk-In" and the super long line read "Online Orders". It was only upsetting to see these people walk up and go in before me, knowing I did the prudent thing to place my order before arriving. Not knowing they were going to a different room completely. After being the 10-12th person in line, it took at least 30 mins to get in. And "luckily" it was only 90 degrees out and not hotter, standing out in the direct sunlight. It would be helpful to have some kind of awning or shade out there from the elements. Just a thought. Also, almost 45% Tax, is definitely obnoxious and going to hurt the state more than help. But the place is very clean and employees were all very nice and respectful. I will go back, as a "walk-in" and will recommend. I do hope they step up on taking care of their "waiting" customers.

I wish there was something to cover the waiters outside of the building. However, most people are willing to sit out in the rain and snow to come this amazing place.

It was my first time going to a dispensary, everybody was very polite and knowledgeable and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Paul helped me figure out what would help me with my chronic pain, he was very patient, friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely recommend and visit in the future. Thank you.

Very clean place, staff was very helpful, and I really enjoy my purchase except for the pre-roll. it was terrible. it was definitely made with shake not buds. it was weak, burned fast, and didn't taste pleasant. Everything else was top shelf.

The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful! I honestly feel like they are family! As a medical patient, it is nice to have people who actually care about my well-being as a patient and who are knowledgeable in the products that would best treat my MS and other health issues! The staff is very compassionate and polite when talking about health issues and never make you feel uncomfortable about asking any personal questions! And if they do not know the answer right then and there, which rarely happens, they are determined to find out! This location provides a separate area for medical patients, as well as online ordering and call ahead orders, which is very convenient! If you are looking for a place that takes their medical patients and their health seriously, this is the place!

I visited about a month ago and now that I'm back in town I will DEFINITELY be back ...maybe even tomorrow.

I am especially happy with the new Beyond Hello online ordering system and easy medical cardholder pickup through a separate space designated for medical patients. The customer service staff has adjusted wonderfully during this global health crisis with safe PPE and social distancing practices! I highly recommend
