Great place! Staff is super helpful and nice. Able to help you with any questions you might have even if you are new to cannabis.

I am a medical patient that lives in Collinsville and I drive out of my way to go to this dispensary, instead of the one in town. I have never been disappointed with any of the products I have received or the service they provide. They even have daily discounts which I thought was really nice. And all of the employees are very professional and knowledgeable, ESPECIALLY Paul!! More than a few times, he has really helped find the right medicine for me.

I love the staff very nice and friendly. Products I buy are good. The service is fast in and out.

I love the people and selection

I like the variety of options on the menu. I like the fact you can place an order online and setup a pickup time. I dislike its a long wait for the pickup even though its scheduled. They let customers also stand in a separate line for non reservations. So the system is not smooth because either way it goes expect a hour of standing around in line.

This is a great location, and I love the online ordering option. It makes it easy to get in and out. Good products and great hours. Even provided bottled water one day when it was hot.

Great staff at both locations. Bud tenders are knowledgeable and very friendly. Security and front door staff are always welcoming and inviting. Taxes are states fault so I don’t blame the dispo. Only things I’d change is more competitive prices, more deals for regulars, and a better discount for vets. They have earned and def deserve it!!!!!!!

(Picture him as the Management Man) Erich Mauff was the Managing Director of Corporate Finance in North America for Deutsche Bank (He is the Money Man with International ties) Jon Barack has worked at many Hedge Funds spending the past 5 years focusing on Cannabis investments (he's the Brains Guy, the one with the data who knows the cannabis industry because he's actually been spending other peoples money working at Hedge funds learning about the industry). Plainly put these are the people, and their major shareholders, that are profiting from the absurd pricing on a PLANT. The rulings and regulations are rolling out nice and slow so these conglomerates can jump in first. Welcome to the new Alcohol Industry, its being corporatized right under our noses. Beyond/Hello is just where they begin. The item i bought was listed online at half the price it was in the store. I understand it was a mistake, but any other retailer would have honored the listed price.

The staff were professional and courteous and their products were of excellent quality. It was kind of an odd process to go through inside - kind of cafeteria style. There wasn't much an atmosphere. It was all pretty mechanical but it was quick and easy.
