Very helpful staff.

This was my first visit to Be. Prior to arriving a very competent lady named Erica went over my disability, and guided me to the correct mixture. Upon arriving at BE, i met the Pharmacist, named Steven. He,too, was polite, and professional. I am very impressed, and I would highly recommend BE on New Dorp Lane.

Very helpful staff, friendly, and prompt. Great sale on this time, 25% off when you spend $200 or more. Nice all around.

Honestly, I want to like this place but I can’t. The store design and layout is awesome. The staff is super friendly. However the quality of their flower is straight garbage. I’ve tried on three separate times. First was decent, some GG but mostly dried out small nugs that turned to dust at slightest touch. Then I tried super silver haze, 3.5g. It was all trim bottom of the bag shake. Yesterday I went in to get some edibles, which are decent, and got some MML at their suggestion. Not only was it short on weight but all shake and stringy & dried out. Do not buy flower from here it’s awful and they won’t take it back.

The staff here is incredibly personable and professional. There was a wide variety of products and the store layout made it fun to explore what they had. I was so happy when I heard that Staten Island finally got a dispensary and now I'm even more elated since going to the store.

The staff is the most helpful, friendly, helpful, and polite people in any business I've been to on Staten Island. Overall they just make the experience at this place a very pleasant one. Every time I go in there I am greeted by a friendly smile and very knowledgeable staff. As for the products sold here, I wish they had more variety or selection with the different strains, and the whole flower selection in general. The best whole flower brand they have is the curaleaf selection in my opinion. The only other whole flower brand that is decent is the Vireo brand which is usually a little dry. I'm not a big fan of vape products but the select elite live by curaleaf was pretty good, as well as the cliq. As for edibles, The best tasting ones were the Matter brand lemon drops or the , and the curaleaf gummies.

The products are really good..the people who work there are really nice, very knowledgeable and always have great suggestions. Great spot..just wish it wasn't on the other side of the Island.

Very good customer service regarding purchase and pickup. The customer experience could have been a little better and interactive. No one volunteered to show me all of the products that were available and their sedative differences. They pretty much asked for my credentials, handed me my order and I was out the door. The place looked great. Too bad no one took the time to show me around.

The staff as usual were very friendly and courteous, as well as knowledgeable.

I have no issue whatsoever with the staff, service, products etc. But—-if the store has to close for any reason , couldn’t a text go out so we don’t drive all the way there to find a locked door
