Where are the Sativa products? Where is the Matter Blue 30 count xtra? Makes it difficult to continue patronage when one’s usual product is in stock one month and then not again or once in a while. Recreational venues are opening here on SI - I need medical,pain relief - do I have to go recreational?
Great place right here on Staten Island! First impressions are positive. Staff are pleasant, and the atmosphere is super comfortable!
So many products on display make for a nice visit. Nice verity of different strains. I'll be a regular & skip the boat ride to the city.
Honestly, I want to like this place but I can’t. The store design and layout is awesome. The staff is super friendly. However the quality of their flower is straight garbage. I’ve tried on three separate times. First was decent, some GG but mostly dried out small nugs that turned to dust at slightest touch. Then I tried super silver haze, 3.5g. It was all trim bottom of the bag shake. Yesterday I went in to get some edibles, which are decent, and got some MML at their suggestion. Not only was it short on weight but all shake and stringy & dried out.
Do not buy flower from here it’s awful and they won’t take it back.
The staff here is incredibly personable and professional. There was a wide variety of products and the store layout made it fun to explore what they had. I was so happy when I heard that Staten Island finally got a dispensary and now I'm even more elated since going to the store.
The Staff is always great at this location just was in here today steve is extremely helpful with anything you may need would deffinitly rate this dispensary 5 stars for excellent customer service
The staff is the most helpful, friendly, helpful, and polite people in any business I've been to on Staten Island. Overall they just make the experience at this place a very pleasant one. Every time I go in there I am greeted by a friendly smile and very knowledgeable staff. As for the products sold here, I wish they had more variety or selection with the different strains, and the whole flower selection in general. The best whole flower brand they have is the curaleaf selection in my opinion. The only other whole flower brand that is decent is the Vireo brand which is usually a little dry. I'm not a big fan of vape products but the select elite live by curaleaf was pretty good, as well as the cliq. As for edibles, The best tasting ones were the Matter brand lemon drops or the , and the curaleaf gummies.
Placed my order online since i was a first time patient i had to wait like a hour and a half but when my product was ready everything was done quick the workers are nice and friendly and i got a discount i wasn’t even expecting ! Definitely would go here again just sucks they’re only open two days
