There's a lot going on in terms if how to move through, but staff is there for every step to guide us. My budtender Cali was really kind and upbeat, and the Web site was easy to use. Will definitely be back!

Ascend makes purchasing legal cannabis so simple. The technology they use thru their app makes each visit no longer than 10min in and out. Not to mention the rewards program is amazing. Logan was my cashier and she was throrough and helpful

My first time visiting Ascend at Horizon Drive in Springfield was today. Overall, not a bad experience. The only issue I had was the guy at the door "greeting" me. Dude made it extremely awkward when asking for my ID. After scanning it and I move on, I hear him tell staff he's going to do that to everyone else from that point on, as if it were funny. Not the best door greeter, definitely bit my tongue. Other than that, the staff were very friendly, great product selection. Will visit again!

It's a little spooky going in, no clear entrance, hooters next door. That being said, after you've entered, you're carded immediately in an empty office-type area and then let into a vibrant and upbeat room. The products are nicely displayed on the interior of the room, with glassware and the like spread along the walls and everything is bright. I knew basically nothing going in, and my budtender was more than accommodating, sharing basically all the information she could think of and giving me as many tips as possible. I left spending far more than I planned to and have enjoyed my experience. I'll be back.
