Ascend Cannabis - Horizon Drive Springfield

I love this store, however the one thing I might add is the first time I went the lady that greeted me acted more like a bouncer than a welcome which honestly if not for the kind thoughtful budtender I might have avoided this place. She made me feel like I was doing something illegal and honestly the whole situation became uncomfortable. I will continue to shop here in hopes that their employees at the door learn a little courtesy.

This dispensary is full of A wonderful staff that really helped me out! The inside is SOOO cool! They have pipes and grinders and it’s super clean! Definitely would recommend!! Great product choices too- they also said they would get more stuff as they are open longer!! Super friendly customer service and I loved the music they had playing! Made it feel very relaxed.

I like the set up of the store a lot, it’s a lot like the stores I have been to in Cali and Colorado! A lot of the employees were super knowledgable and able to help me find a couple new strains to try. I will be back!

My budtender’s name was Ariel, and I have never had a bad experience at the Horizon Drive location. They are always so friendly and so fun and has made a bad day much better just by being there. Will always make this my dispensary and am so grateful for the lovely people that work there.

Big open layout with some display cases full of different types of products and LOTS of accessories on-site! They have budtenders on the floor who can answer questions, and everyone is so friendly and willing to help you out. Definitely a one-stop-shop for all the weed you need!

The best thing about my visit was my budtender, Casey. She was down to earth, friendly and clearly knows her cannabis. I felt very comfortable this visit. I love all of the products that she recommended to me. My dispensary haul felt tailor made for me.
