For rec...Place feels more like cattle going to slaughter. Keep you pinned up in a tent only letting you in a handful at a time. Don't let you see anything prior to ordering. Prices are ridiculously high. The staff seem cool and helpful. Only good thing about the place.

I love HCI they have the widest variety I've seen all over especially on 1/2 oz. and 1 oz . they give a discount for the green bag every visit and if you do an Express order they give an additional discount. thumbs up. High ly recomend!!

love you guys, but you gotta start updating your strains if you want people to express order. I wanna know the %s and you seem to be the only dispensary without that.

Had my first experience yesterday with one of the managers, Kyle. He was super nice, professional and helpful answered all my questions and made me feel like I was more than a transaction action. The staff is well trained I will defiantly be back! Go see them

Friendly and comfortable

I'm in my second year here and am so grateful to all the staff. I'm older and have been able to get rid of ALL prescription pain pills no matter what they were for. I'm still experimenting with strains(think I've found my top 3) and enjoy the journey. It took me awhile to feel comfortable buying "pot" but I'm really ok with it now ;-}

As a medical patient I've been coming to this facility for 2years and I honestly can say it's always a great experience. Staff is super friendly and educated and quick. I personally love having Tomi wait on me, she is courteous and knows her stuff. Definitely will continue coming here and I'll recommend people for recreational purchasing.

Lousy operation! In this day and age, who wants to place online orders outside in public setting with no social distancing or masks worn. And then you need to take a shuttle bus or WALK. Would you want to ride in a SHUTTLE WITHOUT BASIC SOCIAL DISTANCING. Overcrowded and no respect/options for a medical patient from out of state. Some of us can’t walk due to pain. You would think the website for their operation would be updated.

I hated everything about this place. Wait 2 or 3 hours for no selection this place sucks prices are very high quality and service are very low would not recommend anyone going here ever and you're sort of dumb if you do

I love this place people are friendly helpful overall great atmosphere. Sometimes customers are impatient and give the staff a hard time when in reality sometimes it just takes time. No their system is not perfect but in time things will get better. But the quality Of flower is poor I’ve been disappointed so many times I’m scared to try anything new. Concentrates are usually on point. But then it comes again to their prices yes they are making a killing we all know this but hopefully within this next year our medical prices will drop low Since we were here from the beginning! Great location, right off of the interstate. Great advisors and very friendly and welcoming. I just wish they’d carry the same stuff I usually get. Seems they never have the stuff I’ve previously tried when I go get resupplied.

I've been about 5 times now, and I hate to say it, but the pandemic is the best thing to happen for customers of this dispensary. The ability to pre-order online, and choose your pickup time is awesome. Riding the shuttle, not so awesome. That is the one thing I'd like to have changed. Prices are still on the high side, but quality and selection has improved. On a good day, there are 5 selections of flower. I still see some seeds, but they are getting rarer.

This place sucks, avoid at all costs. Average 2-4 hour wait outside in the cold, surrounded by cigarette smokers with bad music blaring. This is after having to wait for required shuttle bus. Then, virtually everything from online menu is out of stock. Worst dispensary ever by far. Update your damn menu online.

What an awesome experience, from the workers attending the line passing out the menu, to our cashier Tomi, every step highly exceeded my expectations. The staff as we went along offered to answer any questions we had. The products for sale were not overcrowded and easily displayed for viewing/purchasing. During check out Tomi thoroughly explained what we were interested in buying and went above to make me feel comfortable with my choice. I will be returning as often as needed. I personally thank the staff at HCI in Collinsville for a great beginning.

The few products I could afford were good. Hopefully the huge crowd from the new recreational use laws is the reason for not having a bigger selection in products to choose from due to being sold out. No gummies or concentrates were available and very very limited flower. Nicer vapor cartridges cute shop organized and professional customer service very expensive. Illinois tax on this is high.
