I am very pleased with this facility.

I had never been to a dispensary. I a middle-aged, professional and was not comfortable on my way in. The experience - I have been there twice - was not at all what I thought. Clearly, they care, they have people to answer the questions and understand this is a new experience for some of us. I felt comfortable both times I was there.

I would recommend this place to anyone. they are very helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. Before I even received my card in the mail, they made me feel at home and welcome and they bent over backwards to help me. once I received my card, my first trip to arrow alternative care, exceeded all my expectations. great strains, great variety. if you go elsewhere, switch to arrow

Awesome people every where. they helped inform me on all the different dosages etc. although I can't seem to get the menu so I can order ahead of time, can anyone help?

I Really like the people working at AAC. The Dispensory Itself is really nice and the products are better than I could hope for lol I'd definitely recommend other clients to AAC.

I am so glad I picked this location. I have been here a few times in the past month and from my first visit to my most recent, the people here have been so welcoming and just genuine sweethearts. On my first visit, I had to fill out some paperwork and then I met in a private room with the pharmacist who went over all of the different types of medicines they offer and explained differences and even offered suggestions after I told her my symptoms. I was nervous on my first visit, not really sure what to expect or how I would be treated. I read other reviews which made me feel confident in my choice. Again, I couldn't be happier with my choice. On your first visit you have a consultation with the pharmacist, but that is not necessary on your following visits. You can just go in and place your order or you can even order online and pick up (my favorite feature). I have been very happy with the medicine that I've received here. Very happy with the people and the overall experience. The do accept cash and debit card payments (they run your debit card through like an atm withdrawal) and you can use your credit card for anything that isn't marijuana (pipes, vaporizers, papers, accessories, etc..) If you live within a reasonable distance to Hartford, I would highly recommend registering at this location without reservation. You will be SO happy you did.

Many great features about this dispensary. The lobby is very chill. Nice chairs and art. Literature, accessories for sale. My favorite part is the television menu. It scrolls through everything with pictures and info. Also very cool is the ability to view the menu from home and preorder online. Saves time waiting if in a hurry. John, Demarius, and Mary are so very knowledgeable and kind. A++++++++++

All six dispensaries have all the same product and it's all the same price. Although some may be out of some product as another one may have it, still same price everyone. Recommend going to the closest one to you. Also wish they had a sample product where you can see and smell, everything is behind doors you don't know what you get and until you buy it

Words cannot possibly express how happy I am that I chose Arrow as my dispensary. The atmosphere is so welcoming and everyone is so very nice. Their huge variety of products, not to mention their great prices, are enough alone to make them the best. The level of knowledge of their staff and their compassion puts them over the top. If you're looking for a dispensary, there's no competition. Arrow Alternative Care is the best.

ARROW ALTERNATIVE CARE is the best dispensary in the state. They have great customer service, a menu that has so many different strains available and also different forms of mmj. They have dried flowers, edibles, concentrates and tinctures. If your looking for a potent smoking strain try CTPS Fioraden A. One of my favorite waxes was Fioraden B with 79% THC a potent concentrate use very little to feel the effects of the medicine. Also compare arrow to other MMJ Dispenserys and you will see how affordable arrow is compared to others who are charging more per gram for the same product. If you want the best customer service and prices of MMJ come to arrow!

Having read reviews, I expected a welcoming, professional staff. I expected a fairly nice atmosphere. I was worried it would be too stiff and serious to compensate for the stoner image. What I found was a wonderful balance between professional and laid back. Everyone was very willing to help me get what I already knew I needed (like I expected) without being pushy or self-important (which I was worried about.) Everyone from the staff to the owner was very friendly and informative, every question I asked had an answer. I will definitely come back, I had a great experience and they have a good selection with strains I like. I got small, easy-to-regulate, good looking nugs and not the finely ground shake bullshit I was worried about, either. It was an entirely positive experience.

Great staff, involved owners and best prices around. they will work with you whatever your requirements may be. also everyone should check out the Cannaed classes; they are incredibly informative and really give you an understanding of what the CT MMP is all about and what the producers do to get the product to you.

Been coming here for a few months, best prices - friendly staff. Prices are steadily becoming more reasonable as well, but prices are not Arrows fault. Menu online is very helpful when deciding on meds. All around great dispensary
