Top-notch, caring, personable. Love these guys!!

excellent...easy on and off I-91 centrally located. I really feel comfortable there to ask questions from staff and sometimes from others. The staff is wonderful...always perky and so helpful and knowledgeable. I wish that Arrow Alternative Care should open an office in Middletown! You would get all of the shoreline folks and Cromwell, Rocky Hill...would be a huge accomplishment for Arrow!

It gets no better than this Pharmacy. You will literally experience world class service in the friendliest most professional environments you will ever step foot in. You can qoute me on this when I say; "The service is so good here that I don't even want to go any where else".

I wrote a review before this one about my experience. So I'm writing a review about some products I have tried. I love the wax. It's more convenient. Less smell and last for a long time. It's easier to set up. I tried the new edibles. I bought the granola from curaleaf it's sweet and very tasty. You taste the marijuana flavor at the end but it's very subtle. I used curaleaf drops before the edibles. So it's the same strain flavor as the drops and granola. The drops don't work as well as I thought they do make me tired. I tried the macaroons filled with Nutella. It's great. The price is a little high so hopefully more edibles will be come availabile for cheaper price.

I'm currently sampling Theraplant 15006, AGL 18.5/21/22 and the VP-68-I oil cartridge. They are all great products but my new favorite is the VP-68-I (Indica) cartridge. 3-4 hits of the vape pen gets me nicely medicated (PTSD, 45+ yrs.) and it's so easy/convenient to use. Great staff and service, went out of tHEiR way (thanks again, Michelle) to obtain an out-of-stock product for me. Another pleasant visit.

Bring home some more of the 14009. Great medicine. Great staff. Great place. Best prices in the state. These guys are here for ALL the right reasons and they actually want to help...

Incredible. I've been coming here for about 5 months now, haven't been to any other dispensary in the state & won't need to. As far as price goes, I chose Arrow, which is about an hour drive each way, over the dispensary in my town, strictly because of the affordability. The incredible & knowledgeable pharmacists, atmosphere, and accessories they offer are all just icing on the cake :) Love this place.

Been with ARROW from day one when there were only 3 (well 2 one sold out say one) ground up strains to now which we are still very much in our infancy phase here in Connecticut. I feel Ct is doing this right as for the actual progression of real quality medicine and research without the sticks and ARROW ALTERNATIVE CARE is and has been the leader all the way around. Not to put ANY of the other "dispensaries" down as they as a whole are handling themselves well. Very Sincerely, I hope this helps your decision. I had never been to a dispensary. I a middle-aged, professional and was not comfortable on my way in. The experience - I have been there twice - was not at all what I thought. Clearly, they care, they have people to answer the questions and understand this is a new experience for some of us. I felt comfortable both times I was there.

Went there the other day for the first time. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted. The service there was absolutely exceptional. Everyone there was very nice and caring and treated me as I was an actual cancer patient. This is definetly the best dispensary in CT. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good and reliable place to get there medicine. And the lady at thr front desk Damaris was an absolute doll. Such a sweet lady!!! =)

Great people been patient few months had couple issues on quality and was always given proper knowledge and reasoning why certain strains work differently. DE MARIS AND MARY the pharmacist are great anything you need they are there with a smile.Must say best strain so far tried was 14009 .But also love 14003 just wish trimmed less..
