I love it here

Pre-ordered yesterday and I realized one of one of my products was missing when I got home. I went back last night and they said I could wait 80 minutes in line or come back tomorrow and get a free preroll with my missing product. I went back this morning and didn't wait long. I got my product but I wasn't given the preroll because it wasn't written on the note the manager left. I'm glad I still received my product and I will be back but don't promise customers something you can't give them. I wasted gas twice and I live in Surprise which is a drive to Glendale. It isn't worth the gas or my time to complain about a free preroll, so I'm hoping the manager or employees will see this so they know for future reference!❤️ After all this, thank you guys for being open during these troubling times.
