there was crackheads smoking out of glass pipe out in the open in lot without any concern or care...staff was notifed and stated " its an issue around here" and laughed! Staff was clueless on thc percentage. One male staff looked ill, coughing and sounded congested, even other staff kept looking skeptical at their co worker....they are better deals elsewhere, i went as a first and only time pt.

Nice location, friendly people. Good quality, but the prices are sky high. I've been here twice, but I don't really see an incentive to return.
If you want quality, there are better options at this price. If you want value, there is comparable weed at nearly 1/2 this price.
I had hopes that the customer service would improve, I was sadly mistake. You want to see someone’s entire attitude change, mention the birthday special. They won’t honor it and then will condescend to do you a “favor” by deciding to honor it after making you feel like an asshole for having to explain their own specials to them. It’s a shitty pre-roll people, no one should make a fuss about it. Yet, here we are. I went on my merry way without my large order or birthday pre-roll and this dispensary has lost yet another customer.

I was very disappointed! Budtender seemed knowledgeable, nice and even cool. However, I wanted shatter(sativa) which we discussed for a while. Got a gram. When I opened my bag at home, I had indica "sprinkles". Not at all what we discussed. Went back after working all day and not being able to medicate. Got exchange for what I originally ordered.
So, gave them another shot and who happens to be my budtender? The same one who messed up my order, who now won't honor my 3rd visit(free preroll) and pretends like he doesn't remember me. I am not going to the Mesa location again. Poor customer service.

Think of the patients when flushing those meds, numerous times I would get snap and crackles with a dark after burn on the ash. This place feels like getting hustled by old people who are beginners.

First time in here and probably last. The prices were high, they were out of everything at around 1 pm? Had only a few strains to pick through which were all mids priced as top shelf. Bought a nice 3 dose expensive edible which tasted great, but didn't do anything to me. But hey, free pre roll for a new patients, yet they were all out of them!
So I left with a coupon for a free pre roll. Some poorly grown overpriced flower(nice bait&switch), and an overpriced brownie.

This place used to be my go to until today. You lost a long time customer. You did not have information correct on your website. You have things listed as indicas when they are sativas. Placing an online order and not showing your customers what they buy before paying and going all the way home is bad customer service. I called to tell them about mistake and I was told to come in for a refund and exchange. I get there and they just exchanged my product. NOTHING EXTRA FOR DRIVING BACK AND WASTING MORE TIME! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE!!!

The White Widow can not be undersold, as well as their incredible service. Bryan's a cool, honest & knowledgeable budtender and will guide you in the correct direction if you have questions. First Timer Friendly for those on the fence.
Well, everythings good until they raised their prices. I don't like how this dispensary had a $3 preroll and then higher the price. That's why I stopped going here. Over a few bucks and a preroll, that's not good business in my eyes. Even the 8ths are too high in prices. I won't spend $40 on a 8th unless I'm DESPERATE. Your welcome

Brian the bud tender acted as if I was bothering him and seemed as if he didn’t feel like working to help people. Seemed very irritated with me and annoyed which is the first time I had a bud tender like this.

ever since harvest bought them the weed turns to powder when you get home and the thc quality is way lower then advertised. squeeze nugs before perch if it turns to powder its garbage. nice people though

Constantly changing prices! Quality is average at best. If the budtender has to give you back $5 in change they will give you all singles so that you tip. They seem to think they are servers where tipping is assumed. The space is very cramped where you actually purchase the product. Place needs to be remodeled. Definitely a subpar dispensary.

The Giving Tree was great! Very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable at my first visit. Very knowledgeable staff and the meds were great. I will be back.
I placed a pick up order and received the text that it was ready. I drove over and ended up having to wait 25 minutes just to get in the door. Mind you. There was only 3 people inside at this time. People then pulled up and just walked inside and the receptionist put them in line, even though he told us to wait outside and he would get us when it was our turn. Another 15 minutes goes by, and nothing. I poke my head inside since 4 people have left at this point and the receptionist says come on in. Weird, since he should have grabbed us while we were outside. Any way, I get inside and and the receptionist had allowed 4 people to cut me. At this point I placed my order at 530, showed up to wait outside at 6 (I got the text stating my order was ready) and it was currently 650. The receptionist stated that there were a few more people in front of me, even though I had been in line. I left at 650 cause waiting over an hour and I decided to call the manager and complain. The manager was so unhelpful and just said, “well we are under staffed and doing the best we can.” Are you though? I was inside and I saw the manager sitting in the office not doing a damn thing. If your a manager and your understaffed, why wouldn’t you jump in and help? I buy bud here every day or every other day and spend around 150 bucks a week but since the management doesn’t give a crap about making the situation right. I will happily take my 600 a month to a dispensary that appreciates its customers and doesn’t just make excuses when their employee makes a mistake. #byefelicia
Kinda upset ... I ordered a 35$ 8th of lambs breath and I was expecting it to be quality tree .. and I get home and opened it and it looks like some Mexican dirt weed .also I ordered a pre roll of true og and it wasn’t even packed right .. it was all loose to where I had to re pack it . Just kinda upset with this visit because I was expecting better quality .

This place is hands down one of the most professional places out there. It may be a new shop but the meds are top notch Canadential was my first purchase and it was amazing. Service rocks calm easy nice place from the first moment you are greeted kindly at the front door and desk.
used to really love this place but it's gone way downhill and they do do the bait and switch don't ever by the roll one that you can't see in the purple package that's supposed to be shake and popcorn buds not even shake its water leaves its bunk horrible they won't let you see what it is because if you could see it you wouldn't buy it that's why it's in the envelope that's not transparent, used to love this place they've gone so downhill it's ridiculous never telling a friend about these people unless it's to stay away.

I had never been to a dispensary before, and I was actually kind of nervous about the whole experience at first! But the staff is incredibly kindhearted and willing to answer any silly questions you or your loved ones may have about strains, edibles, etc. Kina and Jasmine, the two helpful receptionists, both helped guide me from my house to the cross streets and then eventually the front door of the dispensary. Once they get you in the system (which in and of itself is a very short process anyway) the two awesome guys who work the counter together are always glad to show you new flowers, new brownies, even a couple nice bubblers. All in all, if you cats have your card and you AREN'T hitting this place up, GET TO IT! :]

Hard to find, and their first time patient deals are ONLY for flower, should probably be more descriptive about that! Also budtender was rude when I asked if the first time patient deal was for other products and just replied, "nope". Dead faced... Other then that. bud looked okay..

EXPENSIVE! Nothing here is worth all the hype in price. It's unfortunate the MMJ industry in AZ price gouges patients who make the industry exist. We are not afraid of the stigma associated with using a plant that makes our life easier. Respect the people that make this whole thing work. If you are a patient and you don't agree with these prices please take your money to people who will respect your money and time. Sure, these people are nice but those prices....
