Harvest - Mesa (Med/Rec)

I walked into this twice and on both occasions i walked out empty handed. Timeless selection is a joke. And the ftp don’t apply to timeless cartridges. They need to work on their display of flower and start switching out the buds cuz first impression is everything and the display looked bone dry. I can’t risk spending my hard earned money on and flower that ain’t worth a food stamp. Step it up Giving Tree or you might be that dispensary that doesn’t make it when the market is booming. A joke.. just saying... the brutal truth sucks.. we all know that most of all your reviews come from people seeking a free preroll.

Phoenix is the place to go for medicine, the east valley meds are to high On prices, they think we are in scottsdale or something and not good quality of meds is not our fault you decided to open a store and make us pay for it ,dont waste your money here.

The flower was old, dry, garbage; I say this honestly and unapologetically. The BT's were nice but I was SHOCKED at the audacity these guys displayed with their samples. ALL of their samples looked & smelled like what's left at the bottom corner of a 6 month old gram sack of border brick. I THOUGHT I WAS BEING PUNKED. Would never go back.

First off, the employee who helped me was not knowledgeable or engaging. His answers were hesitant and he seemed uncomfortable. This person set the tone for my experience. I purchased Giving Tree Brand .5 gram Sativa&Indica cartridges. They were a total waste of money. They aren’t effective to medicate me; I got them because they were about 20$ cheaper than my normal Clear or K.I.ND. Brand that I usually get. The cartridges came 2 in a pack and the DA told me they come in 2’s because they’re not that potent, and yet he lead me to believe it would medicate me but they don’t do anything. It’s like sucking on a pollution stick. Furthermore, I was new to pens and concentrates at the time of my visit. When I asked if the cartridges I bought would be compatible with my Jupiter brand battery I was told “yes,” by the DA. This too was false information, the cartridges I bought used a less powerful battery than the one I own and I had to purchase another battery from another dispensary which was inconvenient. The flower was nothing special, I can say that for their LA Confidential and Green Crush.

Meh, much better options available in the East Valley. One strain I bought from these guys (ATF) was literally the worst bud I've ever been served at a dispensary (and I've patronized quite a few). To make matters worse, they short-changed me on the new patient BOGO special. They ultimately allowed me the BOGO when I went back (two receptionists and the manager(?) I talked to over the phone after being shorted and stuck with bunk flower were admittedly very friendly), but both budtenders I met were uppity and unhelpful after faint initial whiffs of affability. FYI - if you're out of the stuff on the online menu that brings a customer in to begin with, your knowledge better be lights out regarding the replacements on offer. If not, getting curt and high-handed with customers will make you look like a clown. In any event, there are far better options in the Mesa area that weigh and bag the actual flower they produce for your inspection in front of you. Otherwise, you run the risk of getting stuck with a sealed bag of old overpriced dirt weed from behind the counter, as happened to me. To be fair, a couple of the other strains I tried were perfectly fine so I suppose Giving Tree might do in a pinch. Even if my bad ATF experience was atypical though, there are undeniably better options out there considering GT's highish prices and limited selection.

Quality 1/5 Lots of room for improvement, the bud is dry & almost crumbles 2 dust when touching it. I made sure 2 get a variety of strains so I can properly judge the flower. The blue dream had a floral dryer sheet taste on the exhale I didn't feel it much. The white widow gave me a headache was very harsh, the cornbread helped me fall asleep fast. Selection 0.5/5 They didn't have any timeless in stock, them had absolutely no concentrates (shatter/crumble/honeycomb/sugar wax) no selection of RSO, few edibles 2 choose from. They did however have suppositories which I have never seen offered at a dispensary before. That's 1 of the only things that stood out 2 me.. but I don't think I'll be trying them. Great for people who can't ingest it thru eating/vapor/smoking it. If you only smoke flower this place would be fine to go to. I was planning on getting concentrates when I came. So if you're a dabber prepare for maybe 1 strain of shatter if it's in stock. The customer service wasn't bad I actually feel bad for giving them a low rating that's why I only rated quality & selection. Would love to see this dispensary grow into it's potential.

The prices at our Mesa location are the same as those in our Phoenix location, and right in line with the other licensed dispensaries in Arizona" I took this from one of your responses to a customer/patient and in all honesty this concerns me, you are supposed to be a Medical dispensary whose sole intention is to help Medical Patients, I.e. Cancer patients and such. Now my question is simple: How can you say that you are trying to help people when you your self say that your prices are managed in concert with other companies, this is not a business this is a medical provision that you are treating like a commodity that you intend to profit on. The sheer fact that you can even attempt to justify your prices by comparing them to another business as if there is competition between sales of your products is outrageous. You are supposed to be a Non-Profit Organization that provides a helpful service to medical patients in need. You can not honestly expect anyone to believe that your cost are that high, Especially when providing a bulk service. Come on, Who are you kidding here? are we all supposed to be naive ignorant children? Ok well I call bullshit because this is Con artists dream, A scam, A scandal. I don't know why you have your medical card, but I have cancer myself and do not appreciate people claiming to be helping patients when they are indeed gouging their eyes out with razor blades IE 300+ dollar ounces of Medicine. This is directed to All Want to be "Medical Providers" for the Needing patients of Arizona State. What a Joke. Drug Dealers calling them selves doctors.. I've heard it all now.

Tonight your employee Steve gave me the worst service I've ever had here. So bad that I am contemplating NEVER going back to your establishment. He gave me incorrect change, then proceeded to act like he didn't give me the wrong change. When I told him to correct his error he got an attitude with me and refused to provide me the rest of my change until his mgr checked the camera to verify i didn't get the $4 i was owed. He then went on to tell me that he knows that he did not give me the right amount of change but he won't give me my change until his man and your gets back from checking the cameras. So he knew that he made an error and then refused to correct it because he was upset with me. From here, I asked him his name so I could leave it in my review here and he pretended like he couldn't hear me asking for his name. When I said it loud enough he couldn't act like he didnt hear it he flat out refused to give me his name and told me I could ask the door man his name. This was handled so unprofessionally that I will debate spending my hard earned money here ever again. It's unfortunate because I spent a lot of money with you guys...

Over all just ok, def better places in the area. Perhaps my first time here wasn't great timing as the flower I received was dry and wasn't that great tasting. Theyre house brand concentrate didn't look worth it. Probably won't go back because of the price and selection.

So I spent 80.00$ they gave me a wedding cake that is 6 months old called them spoke to megan and she was rude and said they do not give corp num and nothing she could do to fix this issue needless to say they robbed me 80$ and would not accommodate the problem I told her I would leave a review so other ppl do not encounter this issue and she said good luck with that. You would think ppl spending money on their business in this time they would want their customers happy but no they took my money n gave me a old product. Never have I been more disappointed in any dispensary .

Just went in and spent 175$ and the dude working was just stupid high and couldn’t tell me anything I needed to know, I didn’t hear one word he said. When You go into a dispensary you’d think you’d see happy workers and happy energy but he looked like he had no interest to be there and I get home and take a look at my bag and it’s just all the wrong shit. Got me fucked up never going here again. Waste of money and time.

budtender was rude and laughed without the knowledge to even support his attitude. All samples were stale and smelled old and dry as well as being overpriced. 1 strain of shatter and about 8 strains of flower.

Overpriced weed, false advertisment. Puting in description that A strain would be high THC when I get home its 11%. Atmosphere seems very insecure, almost like the people are not even happy to be working at the place. Long wait times and wont even text you when you're order is ready. Place is A joke and the sad thing is I tipped everytime and always do maybe not 20% but at least 10%. only one guy seemed happy for it. The rest seem greedy like they want more. And if you read the reviews its more then just a few people speaking up. DONT get your medical supply from this place if you want to be happy and pain free.

The atmosphere was unwelcoming and the service was lacking. Not helpful with recommendations and what was recommended (the house blend oil and two strains of flower) was poor quality in both taste and effect. Would not recommend.

What a joke. Too expensive, crappy flower & concentrates. Was a good dispensary until Harvest took it over.

it's not even the name of the dispensary any longer. they are more harvest. one of the worst in Arizona. no respect for veterans out medical patients.

I didn’t receive anything for first time patient and spent over 40$ but never got the half gram deal. The place has a lot going on but I would question customer service and helping patients out.

this place has REALLY gone downhill. I don't know if they got a new owner or what, but this used to be one of my favorite dispensaries. since the coronavirus, the service has been atrocious. I ordered a preroll from Leafly the other day and it took TWO HOURS for them to get it ready. so I figured they must be really crowded. nope. not a single customer was in there. they never answer the phone. their products are quality but overpriced. I'm just really disappointed in this dispensary. it used to be a great.

Definitely needs more types of shatter. Everything is high priced for medium quality
