Apex Cannabis - Downtown Spokane

MY EXPERIENCE They lie to you about their return policies. I was new in town and trusted Apex to be reputable. the woman who sold me a cartridge was friendly enough and explained for whatever reason if I was unsatisfied to bring it back for a refund. well two days later I come back as it is not working with my battery and the extremely rude and unprofessional man who helped us told us he could not return it. we told him we were never told there were stipulations and he stubbornly stood his ground, and further added insult to injury by making us feel like we were lying to him by testing the cart outside the front door with their own battery (one, of course it'll work with your battery, and two, illegal much? subjecting your customers to this activity should be punishable by fine). after even barely getting anything out of the cart they wouldn't take it back, even after I offered to use my own battery to test it out. one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. you all are liars and cheats. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ALSO DELETE YOUR REVIEWS I HAD TO REWRITE THIS ONE BC MY OTHER ONE WAS REMOVED.

Stopped in to pick up an online order not knowing that all orders must be picked up the same day the order is placed or it goes back into stock. So pick up your online orders in a timely manner. This was not a problem as Chelsey worked with me to insure i got the product I needed and she spent time with me to teach me about dabbing. I tell you, this is the place to go for all your Medical or Recreational needs and if they are open, remember Cannagear for all of you paraphernalia needs. Thanks Chelsey for the care you showed me today! You're special.

I love this place, however I just learned that they no longer give a discount for ordering online. And, when I called today to find out about a certain product, the person was less than helpful, in fact, his response to my question was "I don't know, I'm at the security desk, you would need to come in or look at the website" Well, first off, I called because I don't want to run all over town looking for the product since the website does NOT have the information needed for me to make a decision. I don't know who the guy was, this is not how I've been treated in the past, and I am in the store at least 1x a week. I will make a call to the owner....

I usually shop around North Spokane, but a friend suggested Apex, I'm so glad I tried it. They have an edible called BON-BOM a solid chocolate drop, OMG so good. They also had a good selection of flower, I tried one called "Valley Girl" so good. They also had a good selection of cartridges, I tried one called "Green Crack" so good. I'll be going back to Apex for sure.

Wow! This shop is awesome! It's so big with so many products. The budtenders are super knowledgeable and friendly. There is a glass shop right across the hall. I'm blown away! Finally a shop with everything under one roof.

Besides the huge store, selection and quality. When you walk inside this store you feel a friendly welcome from ID check to purchase. And all their cases are refrigerated! WTF!?
