They have store policies that dont follow state law and the greeters are disrespectful about telling potential customers about there "STORE POLICIE" NOT state law this was a very informing yet useless trip

Ouch! As a first time customer, and a marijuana rookie, I bought a glass pipe I wanted. I saw a better, more expensive one in another part of the store and decided to try to return the first one to be credited to the other IN THE SAME STORE. “Sorry, no returns.” WHAT!!! Lost a sale and a customer!

Wow! By far the nicest recreational marijuana store in Spokane and probably the state! Great selection of flowers concentrates and edibles and having a separate store in the plaza to sell pipes and accessories is brilliant! I’ll definitely be making this my regular spot from now on.

The security makes you feel uncomfortable and they literally rip you off, misleading about the product, false advertisement, prices are insane

honestly, this is cannabis on a whole other level!!! Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur, or just dipping your toes in, like this is the place to shop. Store is more like a boutique than a pot shop and all the cashiers were super nice. I feel like they actually want to be a part of the experience not just send me home with whatever weed.

If you love weed, and love the cannabis culture, this is the store for you! This company truly cares about the product and it’s customer base, and it’s completely apparent from the moment you walk through the doors.

By far the most aesthetically pleasing shop I have ever entered. The selection is incredible and diverse. The staff were knowledgable and welcoming! I have found my forever shop and I am a seething mass of ecstasy! Thank you Apex for coming downtown!

I was kicked out of the 21+ side for having a vertical ID (I am 22 by the way) which was all good and fine I understand not all places take them. Then I went to the 18+ side just to take a look maybe spend some money and the guy kicked me out of there too! Last time I checked 18 year olds don’t have horizontal IDs lol. So why would I, a 22 year old, born in 1996 as stated clearly on my WA state ID be kicked out of the 18+ side rudely and for no reason. They are overpriced anyway, I recommend Royals Cannabis instead they don’t kick you out for no reason.

wow Bought a bolt 2 had to go back 3 times parts missing. instructions missing, Was given a 30 percent off coupon. so thought wow cool. was told it was good for whole store, went to try to use it, Guy told me it was only for pipes. also caught him in a lie. will never go back...

Great selection and great service, the staff is friendly and helpful, industry discount is only 10%???? Not very friendly for anyone in the industry, we can go literally anywhere else and get a better discount, even TreeHouse does more than that! I'll come back when the i.d. is more grower friendly, we don't make as much as bud tenders!
