Love the products and quality they offer however, Emily is the only budtender here that I can stand. She is knowlegable and caring. The other employees are so stoned they screw up orders, check things out at wrong prices and just want push product quickly. Yesterday there was a guy sweeping the floor who looked like he was about to pass out from drinking adabinol all day. Not what I want when purchasing my medication. Its bad enough as a med patient with anxiety and ptsd that i am met with 10-15 other customers while im trying to shop, i dont need a brain dead bud tender over charging me or giving me the wrong products. Employees should model themselves off Emily’s. Pretty ridiculous and to the point im gonna call to see if she is working or ill go to another shop.

I like the "Deals" offered by Americanna; and they are usually pretty good, but this last time I ordered from leafly, and when I went to pick it up, it was a different price. I showed the budtender the online price, and he still wouldn't give it to me at the advertised price. Now that I know that I cannot trust what is posted online, I won't be ordering, as it ended up taking longer than if I just walked in...

So I came in after a stressful day unprepared to be a little more stressed due to some confusion in pricing from my last purchase. Even as I was getting quite anxious this man took the time to figure it out. I wish I got his name but they WILL always help you out. Thanks again to my man with the red beard and sorry to cause you any trouble. Always come back.

My favorite place to go. Darin from "Bewitched" does a great job steering me to the best bang for my buck. Always great selection and deals. Eric and Courtney are fantastic too. Always a pleasure.

I really miss Americanna before COVID. I realize that a global pandemic is wreaking havoc on literally all facets of life, that being said, buying pot shouldn’t be stressful and a hassle. Lines I get. Wait times I get. What I don’t get is the phones being busy for hours, phones not being answered, and the product and service quality diminishing greatly. I visit other, more local stores and pay the higher prices because aside from masks and a very short wait, there’s been no other detectable issues with product and service quality. Americanna is now routinely taking half an hour or more, and more than once I’ve had to get out of my car and wait in line because phones weren’t being answered for curbside pickup. Really wishing they can get it back on track.

AmeriCannaRx DOV (date of visit) Sunday Sept. 25, 2016 I was not pleased at all with my visit to this dispensary. The male cashier was off-putting, and generally seemed uninterested in assisting me. This was my first visit to this dispensary, so I was not familiar with cash register locations. In addition, the male cashier was stationed near the entry door, near where Identifications were be taken. I was not sure if he was just taking Identifications or handling transactions. I asked a simply question to the male cashier--Is this the cash register where I pay? His response was--It's one of them. He said this with a comedic tone in his voice, attempting to turn my question into some kind of joke for the other people in the dispensary. Luckily for me, there was a much more personable female bud tender that actually assisted me. Taking his rude, and mostly disappointing response, I decided to direct myself to the other side of the dispensary where I assumed there was another cash register, since he did clued me into the fact that there was at least one more location where I could make my purchase. This communication exchange occurred within the first five seconds I was inside the dispensary. I was planning to buy the max. rec. amount of flower, but I decided to purchase only a single pre-roll. I was further disappointed when I returned home and inspected the product. The quality of the product that I purchased was terrible (Wedding Cake Pre-roll). It was so bad, I'm not even sure it was 100% cannabis. I could not finish this pre-roll. I will not be visiting this location again. I will not be recommending this dispensary to anyone. Recommendation for this location: CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING STOP SELING THAT TERRIBLE STUFF THEY ARE CALLING WEDDING CAKE(WORST, SO CALLED, CANNABIS I'V SMOKED IN YEARS...YEARS). THEY SHOULD ALSO TRY TO FIND A LARGER LOCATION.

If you are a seasoned cannabis user like myself, you will really appreciate this spot purely on the flower selection alone. Floor to ceiling flower WALL with strains and terps that I haven't seen in years in some cases. Love the vibe, the energy, and all the budtenders were knowledgeable and willing to help. New favorite spot for sure!

This place is GREAT!! I’ve been to a lot of shops around the metro area, and the prices they have for the quality of buds you can get is the best around. They also always have a huge selection and great bud tenders. I’ll definitely be going back.

Excellent selection and quality. Potent medicine and extracts. Haven't had a complaint about any of my many purchases here. Budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly with a comfortable atmosphere.

I visited AmericanaRX a few years back and never returned. I was disappointed. However, I visited today out of convenience. What an amazing experience this time. First, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It also took me less than 10 min to get in and out. They have competitive prices. I’m definitely making AmericannaRX my new spot. I have to give the girl with glasses who worked this morning a huge Thank You for being so awesome. Keep Smiling it’s contagious!!

Knowledgeable staff and an illtastik variety of meds. The location is also perfect. I live closer to another dispensary but have no qualms with the hike to AmeriCanna Rx due to the top notch service and wide variety of quality medicine. Definitely scored a touchdown, and the extra point is alll gooooood!

There weed is up and down. But the thing that really got on my nerve was this clown ass fool "YES SIRRR" he acted like he was so cool wanna be ass rapper. If your really hood thats different but he was a fake. I could see him strait snitching. protect custody ass bitch. I just wanted to get out there so bad. I wont be going back. I can't be giving my money to fake getting on my nerve suckers.

That was a real good shopping experience. The Pho is clean and good tasting. Hardly leaves a smudge on my quartz nail. PHO is BHO made with Propane.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. Great selection of products. "The Kind." I haven't found a dispensary with the low prices for great products that AmericannaRx has. They even give Vets and Seniors a price break! Very kind!! This is my favorite dispensary in the whole of the greater Portland Metro Area. Highly recommended!!

This place was a little hard to find but well worth it for their meds! I went there for their outdoor and am very satisfied with the product. I hope it sticks around! Literally haven't felt this great in years. Thanks guys! :) I would recommend they have something more visible from the road, at least a sign to help find while driving on sandy. My first reaction when I saw it didn't register "dispensary". It just seemed a little out of place.. Maybe some fencing and landscaping would help I'm not sure.. Otherwise great meds, some great donation prices compared to the rest of portland and convenient area. Hope you guys stick around!

I looked up the nearest places from the airport upon landing. I was heading to the coast, and liked what I'd read of the reviews for this place. I was greeted with the warmest welcome, and the tenders were so patient and kind. They were so great at helping me narrow down my options, and I left with a few flowers, a tshirt, and a high five from the tender.

This place is awesome, nice remodel inside, excellent meds, friendly staff.
