This is probably one of the best dispensaries in the country!! They have the best selection I have seen and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and had amazing energy. I'm honestly having a hard time going to other dispensaries in other states after coming to this location. If your visiting Portland this is a bucket list location trust me!!! If your local your crazy going anywhere else. I have no relation to AmeriCann and feel they deserve recognition or some type of an award.

Visited this shop on a whim late Saturday night. I had no intention of stopping by but the guy who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and polite, so I figured I'd give it a shot. ID through the slot was a bit shady, but look at the area.. The 2 guys working were very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. I was very impressed by the budtenders and would definitely return just based on their level of customer service and knowledge of the various products! 🙌👌

They carry Awesome Mango flowers! I love this place and appreciate the friendly knowledgeable staff. Call ahead about the Mango because it has wings and tends to move out fast at times because it is amazing medicine. I plan to go out to see them in hope of Mango concentrate they have a super sweet special running on today. They are a bargain hunter's delight, wheelchair accessible, offer Veteran's discount, and most likely have what you need and prefer to medicate with.

I really miss Americanna before COVID. I realize that a global pandemic is wreaking havoc on literally all facets of life, that being said, buying pot shouldn’t be stressful and a hassle. Lines I get. Wait times I get. What I don’t get is the phones being busy for hours, phones not being answered, and the product and service quality diminishing greatly. I visit other, more local stores and pay the higher prices because aside from masks and a very short wait, there’s been no other detectable issues with product and service quality. Americanna is now routinely taking half an hour or more, and more than once I’ve had to get out of my car and wait in line because phones weren’t being answered for curbside pickup. Really wishing they can get it back on track.

AmeriCannaRx DOV (date of visit) Sunday Sept. 25, 2016 I was not pleased at all with my visit to this dispensary. The male cashier was off-putting, and generally seemed uninterested in assisting me. This was my first visit to this dispensary, so I was not familiar with cash register locations. In addition, the male cashier was stationed near the entry door, near where Identifications were be taken. I was not sure if he was just taking Identifications or handling transactions. I asked a simply question to the male cashier--Is this the cash register where I pay? His response was--It's one of them. He said this with a comedic tone in his voice, attempting to turn my question into some kind of joke for the other people in the dispensary. Luckily for me, there was a much more personable female bud tender that actually assisted me. Taking his rude, and mostly disappointing response, I decided to direct myself to the other side of the dispensary where I assumed there was another cash register, since he did clued me into the fact that there was at least one more location where I could make my purchase. This communication exchange occurred within the first five seconds I was inside the dispensary. I was planning to buy the max. rec. amount of flower, but I decided to purchase only a single pre-roll. I was further disappointed when I returned home and inspected the product. The quality of the product that I purchased was terrible (Wedding Cake Pre-roll). It was so bad, I'm not even sure it was 100% cannabis. I could not finish this pre-roll. I will not be visiting this location again. I will not be recommending this dispensary to anyone. Recommendation for this location: CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING STOP SELING THAT TERRIBLE STUFF THEY ARE CALLING WEDDING CAKE(WORST, SO CALLED, CANNABIS I'V SMOKED IN YEARS...YEARS). THEY SHOULD ALSO TRY TO FIND A LARGER LOCATION.

So I came in after a stressful day unprepared to be a little more stressed due to some confusion in pricing from my last purchase. Even as I was getting quite anxious this man took the time to figure it out. I wish I got his name but they WILL always help you out. Thanks again to my man with the red beard and sorry to cause you any trouble. Always come back.

This place is GREAT!! I’ve been to a lot of shops around the metro area, and the prices they have for the quality of buds you can get is the best around. They also always have a huge selection and great bud tenders. I’ll definitely be going back.

Knowledgeable staff and an illtastik variety of meds. The location is also perfect. I live closer to another dispensary but have no qualms with the hike to AmeriCanna Rx due to the top notch service and wide variety of quality medicine. Definitely scored a touchdown, and the extra point is alll gooooood!

the shop may be small and the waiting room is reminiscent of old night clubs, but the selection is amazing. they a very diverse menu with prices for every budget. I picked up one of their budget 1/8ths and was very pleased all buds no shake.

Colby was his name! Luckily found AmeriCanna Rx yesterday. I bought a half pound and am doing the same today. This dispo has more weed than I've ever seen literally. My bud tender Colby was flawless and ensured I got only quality buds. Lowest prices in Portland guaranteed. I'm honestly just surprised and that makes me happy enough to drive from Milwaukie for my weed. I believe you should stop by this dispo for a shot. You won't be disappointed. Other than the parking this was a great place to come, I drove two and a half hours because I couldn't get this kind of 🔥 near me. Knowledgeable and polite staff and you can look at and smell anything before you buy it which is pretty cool cuz you can tell allot from the consistency and scent. Overall really impressed with the quality of the concentrates and the high dose Adabinol, those wood americanna coins and the locking ziplock to-go bag were cool to. Definitely worth the trip, hope I can make it back soon.

This is an awesome place to buy your cannabis. The staff is amazing. Quick, friendly and they know their stuff!
