Don't know why the menu does NOT show the % of THC and CBD in any flower item...rather hard to decide what to buy without the right info

Sasha and Courtney were great! Very knowledgeable about their product and wonderful customer service! Prices are reasonable with a great selection. A bit challenging to park in the parking lot. Best to park along the street.

The staff is friendly , know the products and have a selection of high level tested medicines . The facility is clean and they seem to be deeply concerned with their customers welfare and health. Go see them , they are great.

AMAZING DEAL! The $9 Oz of Gelato was the most fire deal I've ever seen, and it was brought by the most smiley faces and friendly attitudes. 100% recommended!

While driving here I may pass 5 other shops but its worth the extra few miles. They have more total flower and concentrate options in acceptable price ranges than any shop I have found in the Portland area. High end extracts are also less than closer places. Even on the most busy of days when I buy a top shelf OZ or even a budget priced option, the brother will pull off each little stem as if the bag were his own. They often kick down free shirts and the like. Each budtender we've worked with has had excellent attitudes. They don't hype up chemovars or waste your time showing you off brand terpene profiles. When customers hadn't had a clue what to buy in front of me they took their time and were actually helpful. Only issue is the space feels cramped, especially when they are busy. All in all, a very good one amongst the masses!

Love the products and quality they offer however, Emily is the only budtender here that I can stand. She is knowlegable and caring. The other employees are so stoned they screw up orders, check things out at wrong prices and just want push product quickly. Yesterday there was a guy sweeping the floor who looked like he was about to pass out from drinking adabinol all day. Not what I want when purchasing my medication. Its bad enough as a med patient with anxiety and ptsd that i am met with 10-15 other customers while im trying to shop, i dont need a brain dead bud tender over charging me or giving me the wrong products. Employees should model themselves off Emily’s. Pretty ridiculous and to the point im gonna call to see if she is working or ill go to another shop.

I like the "Deals" offered by Americanna; and they are usually pretty good, but this last time I ordered from leafly, and when I went to pick it up, it was a different price. I showed the budtender the online price, and he still wouldn't give it to me at the advertised price. Now that I know that I cannot trust what is posted online, I won't be ordering, as it ended up taking longer than if I just walked in...

I really miss Americanna before COVID. I realize that a global pandemic is wreaking havoc on literally all facets of life, that being said, buying pot shouldn’t be stressful and a hassle. Lines I get. Wait times I get. What I don’t get is the phones being busy for hours, phones not being answered, and the product and service quality diminishing greatly. I visit other, more local stores and pay the higher prices because aside from masks and a very short wait, there’s been no other detectable issues with product and service quality. Americanna is now routinely taking half an hour or more, and more than once I’ve had to get out of my car and wait in line because phones weren’t being answered for curbside pickup. Really wishing they can get it back on track.

I bought a gram of oil and got home and opened it up and it was black, the display oil was golden and good looking. I went in and was told all sales are final " you get what you pay for, what do you expect for $25". I have bought many excellent grams of oil for $20 so yes for$25 i do expect good quality. I now have no medicine because that was my budget for the week.

Stopped in for a 5 on opening day, staff was frantic, but professional and friendly. Store is brand new, very clean. SOUR GRAPE is mind blowing. 26% THC. Worth the trip.

They carry Awesome Mango flowers! I love this place and appreciate the friendly knowledgeable staff. Call ahead about the Mango because it has wings and tends to move out fast at times because it is amazing medicine. I plan to go out to see them in hope of Mango concentrate they have a super sweet special running on today. They are a bargain hunter's delight, wheelchair accessible, offer Veteran's discount, and most likely have what you need and prefer to medicate with.

This is probably one of the best dispensaries in the country!! They have the best selection I have seen and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and had amazing energy. I'm honestly having a hard time going to other dispensaries in other states after coming to this location. If your visiting Portland this is a bucket list location trust me!!! If your local your crazy going anywhere else. I have no relation to AmeriCann and feel they deserve recognition or some type of an award.

Visited this shop on a whim late Saturday night. I had no intention of stopping by but the guy who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and polite, so I figured I'd give it a shot. ID through the slot was a bit shady, but look at the area.. The 2 guys working were very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. I was very impressed by the budtenders and would definitely return just based on their level of customer service and knowledge of the various products! 🙌👌

If you are a seasoned cannabis user like myself, you will really appreciate this spot purely on the flower selection alone. Floor to ceiling flower WALL with strains and terps that I haven't seen in years in some cases. Love the vibe, the energy, and all the budtenders were knowledgeable and willing to help. New favorite spot for sure!
