1st thing I have to say is Samone is a phenomenal budtender, she listened and understood my concerns that I had, and found me a perfect flower, I waited to give her a review just in case the flower wasn’t a match but she nailed this one right in the head, I came last week on Friday for the first time and met Samone and will be coming back the days she works!

From start to finish, they both understand and put into practice a level of customer service that sets the example for any business in any industry. Without reservation I can say I’ve had nothing short of a great experience each time I’ve been in. The individuals who have waited on my wife and I have been professional, attentive and listening to you to determine recommendations that will work best. What I appreciate the most is the level of knowledge and professionalism they all have without the unchecked ego and need to make their customers feel stupid. Top notch product and top notch people.

I can't believe I never reviwed my favorite dispensary ever! I have been coming here since they opened in 2014. I drive all the way from Hillsboro once a week because they have the best and largest selection for the best prices. I'm a weed connoisseur, and have been shopping for weed legally since the first medical dispensaries opened in Portland. Americanna was the top when it opened, and it's still the top now! Seriously, once I counted the number of individual strains on their menu, and it came to like 230. And that was *just* the flower! How many dispensaries can claim that many strains in stock at one time? Also the staff is amazing. 🩷 I recommend this place to EVERYONE! 🙃

Love this place. Small and quaint which makes it a very personal experience. This is the best shop in Oregon hands down. No other shop has the selection. They have the best flower and hash in the state.

I’m a long time regular here, but I have to say I commend this establishment for having curbside service during these uncertain times (COVID-19). Marc (their awesome bud tender) got me taken care of very quickly and I was super satisfied as I always am with their service.

best shop in Portland hand's down

The budtenders here are always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable-no matter how busy they get,they take time to ensure I am getting exactly what I am looking for. I appreciate their desire to not sell me the highest THC or the fad GSC strain of the month, they listen to my needs and help me match the best of their products to it. They always have killer deals and killer product to match. Best place in town, hands down!!

They did not honor listed prices stating they were mistakenly listed. I was brought here by a friend of mine one night because leafly had $3 grams and eights listed of a specific strain i had been wanting to try. It was a weeknight around 5 o'clock. the budtender laughed when i told him i wanted two $3 eights. I told him it was on leafly. so he looked it up and sure enough. When he stood there asking me what i wanted i told him again i wanted two of the $3 eights. He told me he'd lose his job if he did that. So i asked to speak to a manager. The budtender popped his head into the back, then back out as the manager yelled through the door to "give him a dollar off a gram". He didn't even come out to talk. They didn't honor listed prices and acted like the customer in front of them was crazy.

This place is amazing the staff go up and beyond every time the weed is an amazing quality I have not gone to any other dispensary since my buddy brought me here highly recommended!
