I'm from Washington DC and was passing through. I stopped in and got OG kush and and pop corn kush. OMG the OG was my favorite even though both had GREAT quality. Customer service was great as well. I've been trying to find a way to get more. I hate the sour Diesel on the east coast now. Smh 😩😩😩

My favorite shop in tri-city/ the valley. The budtenders a so friendly and helpful! They always give me the best deal and product. I go in. They have a sale menu every time I go plus they have discounts going all the time. They have that awesome WEED sign right off the highway. I stopped by today and I'll never go to the other shops anymore. They just don't compare.

Very clean, very professional. I described to the two employees working what I was looking for with my smoking experience they had a suggestion for me to get where I was wanting to be and they were exactly right. The atmosphere, appearance and professionalism of the store is an example of what’s needed to help push legalization nationwide. Thank you for the great suggestion

Today was my first time. I spoke to a lady on the phone the day prior very informative great interpersonal skills. Drove there for the 1st time today could spot the store or I should say signs from the hwy. Office was clean very professional very private. Select was well stocked and the bartender knew his stuff well. He did a wonderful job of directing me to what I needed. Prices were great as well. Over all experiance was great. I will be back in the future.

My mom came in earlier this week and was a little disappointed with the service that day, though every single other time has been fabulous. She got the wrong product but when I called for her the management was very helpful and caring about the issue. Thank you for helping us find a solution. Far drive for me (45 min),but worth it for the excellent customer service!Love the rewards punch card! I really love this location because they will replace defective vape cartridges, which Green2Go will not do. So when my cartridge was leaking oil and Altitude replaced it for me I was so grateful! Thanks for having integrity Altitude! I would definitely recommend this shop. Also, the staff is very knowledgable, friendly and can answer your questions so you get the best product (:

This place is really amazing, and what makes it amazing is the people that works there. I went in about 2 weeks ago and the person who attended me Itzel was so sweet and nice to me especially since it was my first time there. I definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and refer them to Itzel. I’ve never had better customer service!

we tried the new vape cartridges they have and its awesome to finally have access to something like that. it's really difficult to make yourself so its nice to have the convieniece of buying it premade at the store. Thank you Altitude

Do you expect me to follow the rules you made for the quarantine, when you don't. The first week when you started having us order online, I was told rudely that I had to start doing it so I did. But yet I'm still waiting 10 minutes for one person to come out when it only takes me 3 minutes for me to come in and out. Earlier today I was waiting for my number to come up when this guy comes in gets a number and decided to skip me and got the help. What's the point for the number wheel if youre not gonna use it.

I loved the location. I frequently go to the dispensary in Moses lake and the Pasco location when they were open. Have you ever broke down one of the joints? I bought three. Two girl scout cookies and one was pineapple. I didn't want to break it open but being the pineapple was too packed to smoke I broke it down. There's more stems then actual bud inside that Raw wrap! Very disappointed. The cheese shatter was fantastic but I'm disappointed my joint was a bunch of tiny stems. Never buying joints at a recreational store again. :(
