Dude...you need to make that front area more inviting - less like a doctor's office lol. And look. I was stoned and things were funny. But I've never been more disappointed in what I purchased. You(the girl helping me lol), were awesome, but the product wasn't.

Great place. Always have great top shelf to choose from but I wish they had Phat Panda more often. The prices are a little on the higher end but they always have good specials available if you prefer quantity vs quality. They always have a good selection of great edibles and pre loaded cartridges though. And of course all the staff is very helpful. The biggest PLUS they have is their reward program. So if your a frequent shopper you will be rewarded with a nice discount in the future.

Totally worth the hour drive! This was my first time to any mj store... They were very helpful and basically give you one on one service. My products were amazing. I'll be back

I am new to this so I didn't know what to expect. What I saw pleasantly surprised me. A nice clean store, great customer service and someone that took their time to explain to a newbie what to look for. Thanks! I'll be back!

They got some good strains, I love the blue dream Pretty dank products, prices are decent considering how strong some of the strains are. highest levels of THC ive seen anywhere and lab tested too

This is the coolest little shop. I've met different people both times and both times I left with good product and a skip in my step. Zach, Sway, TJ, and Dawn treated me like I had been there a hundred times. I can't say enough good things about Altitude. I almost wish I was out of weed so I could go in again. Thanks guys!

As a local to Prosser, WA I was pleased with the service offered by Altitude. They always have the best baked goods in town, love love love the edibles! Theres so much to choose from, sometimes its hard to pick I will be back again for sure!

This is my go to place for edibles. They have the best selection in the area. I gladly drive 30 minutes to get what I want at a good price. No other dispensary in the county comes close to their selection. Sara helped me tonight and she was friendly and helpful just like all the staff is.

Far drive for me (45 min),but worth it for the excellent customer service!Love the rewards punch card! I really love this location because they will replace defective vape cartridges, which Green2Go will not do. So when my cartridge was leaking oil and Altitude replaced it for me I was so grateful! Thanks for having integrity Altitude! I would definitely recommend this shop. Also, the staff is very knowledgable, friendly and can answer your questions so you get the best product (:

I really love this place, they always take care me and make sure I am getting what i want. I am never rushed and it feels like my home for getting the right meds for my daily life, yet I have to say my only complaint is this new change of hours, some time I can't get out there til later in the evening and I really enjoyed being able to come in until 11. So if possibly can we change back?? Please and thanks!!!

Today was my first time. I spoke to a lady on the phone the day prior very informative great interpersonal skills. Drove there for the 1st time today could spot the store or I should say signs from the hwy. Office was clean very professional very private. Select was well stocked and the bartender knew his stuff well. He did a wonderful job of directing me to what I needed. Prices were great as well. Over all experiance was great. I will be back in the future.

This place is really amazing, and what makes it amazing is the people that works there. I went in about 2 weeks ago and the person who attended me Itzel was so sweet and nice to me especially since it was my first time there. I definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and refer them to Itzel. I’ve never had better customer service!

I'm from Washington DC and was passing through. I stopped in and got OG kush and and pop corn kush. OMG the OG was my favorite even though both had GREAT quality. Customer service was great as well. I've been trying to find a way to get more. I hate the sour Diesel on the east coast now. Smh 😩😩😩

My favorite shop in tri-city/ the valley. The budtenders a so friendly and helpful! They always give me the best deal and product. I go in. They have a sale menu every time I go plus they have discounts going all the time. They have that awesome WEED sign right off the highway. I stopped by today and I'll never go to the other shops anymore. They just don't compare.
