i came in looking for a vape, they had 4 different kinds to choose from and they explained how each 1 worked, they really know their stuff, I follow their advice and am loving my new vape! thanks guys

I’ve been to a few dispensaries and this is by far the best one. Great customer service, especially Itzel. She was super helpful and she’s one of the many reasons why I’d recommend this place to a friend. Overall, it’s an awesome atmosphere and I’d recommend this place to anyone no doubt.

Dislike the vibe, for the vibe to be so ugly I definitely will be going to a different dispensary. May have been an off day for all the females working here but it was ugly. It was definitely not a lovely experience. I would ask about certain weed & couldn't get knowledgeable answers. So had to just buy something & get out of there. The team is definitely different from back in the day & the old team is missed. Do better Altitude.

This is my go to place for edibles. They have the best selection in the area. I gladly drive 30 minutes to get what I want at a good price. No other dispensary in the county comes close to their selection. Sara helped me tonight and she was friendly and helpful just like all the staff is.

Thank GOD for "The Bake Shop". Better Weed, Better Prices, More Selections. More relaxed atmosphere. I used to be a regular, only because they USED TO BE the only shop in town. -Quality | Okay but only 2 stars for lack of selection. -Service | Felt like cattle being rushed to slaughter. One display case and a menu to pick from. (1 star) -Atmosphere | like visiting the doctors office. (1 star) The Deals and the Fire are at 'The Bake Shop'

Being a traveler from out of state, I'm happy to have the opportunity to enjoy what Altitude and the state of Washington has to offer. I've visited Altitude a few times now and so far their product has been very good. But I do have two major suggestions. 1: There seems to be an un-needed and over usage of packaging. The one thing I liked about Colorado is that you could walk into a dispensary look at the flowers lined up in jars on the counter. You can look at the product first hand, up-close, smell it, and even check the bud density. I walk into Altitude and everything's pre-packaged behind glass. You feel like a good percentage of what you're paying for is the slick packaging. 2:The menus are unclear and confusing. Since everything is pre-packaged in set grams broken up into price categories, it makes it difficult to buy specifically what strain you want and the amount you really want. Of course this goes back to the pre-packaging. Also, the past few times Indicas and Sativas have been incorrectly labeled on their menu. Chocolate chunk is not a Sativa.

Just too expensive

I really love this place, they always take care me and make sure I am getting what i want. I am never rushed and it feels like my home for getting the right meds for my daily life, yet I have to say my only complaint is this new change of hours, some time I can't get out there til later in the evening and I really enjoyed being able to come in until 11. So if possibly can we change back?? Please and thanks!!!

hardly any products visible on the floor no prices associated with them then I was harrassed and hurried by staff for not knowing exactly what I wanted wrote the owner he then blew me off do not recommend folks!

I love it here the price are great! The staff is wonderful I get all my stuff there. They keep the leafly online list updated daily which I love ! makes it nice to see what I need, I know the price so I just stop by the bank ! then happy happy ! keep up the good work !

Great selection, they always have new stuff to try and it's always an adventure for us to scour the menu for hidden gems and great deals. The staff are great, they are pretty informative but also know their boundaries and don't try to be too pushy. We always walk out smiling, thanks Altitude!

I had heard some bad things about this place but was pleasantly surprised when I finally made the trip. great sellection, great smoke, and friendly staff... prices were reasonable too.

Taxen on that golden pineapple $56 1/8th is crazy. The bake shop has it all the time for $40.
