Wow what a clean and friendly environment! I was so pleased to see someone actually sanitizing the counters! The team was so friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Had to look with my eyes not my hands but she had a flashlight ready and I got to see it close enough to make a decision! Great work guys!

Got myself 2 grams of some BlackBerry kush and 2 joints for only $40, I visited during the Thursday special.
Staff were nice, it was definitely a different experience than I thought it'd be, very professional

The office is very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. The prices though... man....
$30/gram on my first visit and after calling today learning they have eights for $100.
On opening day $30/gram to be a part of history was worth it, but I honestly don't know if I will ever go back until the donations are more realistic.
I understand the business is there to profit, but this feels like being gouged.

How this place has a lower review than other shops I have no idea. People are so biased, this place is super friendly and knowledgeable! Unlike all the other shops around town or the valley, you won't be disappointed.

There's limited selection in SE Washington. This is the very first store I ever visited, and it's kind of been a mixed bag each time. Someone mentioned that they are willing to replace faulty cartridges, and I sure wish I'd known that. Most of the carts I got there were either leaky or non-functional. On my first visit, the budtenders were friendly and knowledgeable, but I've never seen any of those people again. The last few times I've been, the staff is basically just there to move stock. If I'd been able to bring in my phone, maybe I'd have been able to look up some of the strains instead of waiting for the employees to come read the packaging to me, but there's a ban on tablets/phones. I feel like every time I visit, they've got a new owner. At least they're good about restocking these days. For a while, it was impossible to know what they might have at any given time. They've got a menu up now, and it's got some decent prices, but it's hardly worth a drive out to Prosser. The location is generally well-kept and seems secure enough. I'd only shop here again if I saw a really great deal on their menu, or if my local shop closed down. And I'd almost be inclined to go to Walla Walla instead, in the latter case.

it's better than nothing.... really thought it was great when they first opened... but I don't care for the setup at all. The true recreational marijuana experience is not at Altitude. The staff is hit or miss and they are not that helpful... specials quickly change and their menus are constantly changing. I have been in a few times and every time I pick out something they run out.
Sucks to drive that far and you don't really get what you went for... but it's easy to get to and not far from the Tri-Cities!

wow what a nice change from "The Bake Shop" very friendly didn't feel like I was rushed and they took the time to find out what I was looking for. Plus they just changed all the prices and everything is way cheap! I'll be back.

Great service, friendly staff, better weed.

Overpriced. Can get exact same products elsewhere for less. They are taking advantage of their location. Wait til more stores move in nearby and they have some competition Then they can't rob people anymore.

I love going to Altitude every few weeks just to see what's new and what people like. I always grab a few prerolls for the ride, and get myself an eighth of the good stuff. Always respectful staff, super friendly. No complaints, just wish I had more money haha

I stopped by for my first time. I was the only customer in the shop. Staff was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the products offered. However, not all the herb was on display. They had a tiny print out of the different strains. Roughly about 15 different kinds. They had about 6 or 7 on display. The designated space for the herb is rather deserted. Not much to see to be honest. I was hoping for a chance to just kind of browse around and take everything in, but from the moment I walked in the door I was 'assigned' someone to assist me throughout my entire visit. I was shocked at how expensive the herb was. $70 for 2.5 grams of blue dream, one of the 'better' herbs, seemed rather expensive. A gram of kief of the same stuff was $99. No way. I settled for the 2.5 grams for two reasons, I wanted to support a local shop like this, and to get an idea of what their quality of 'blue dream' is since it was one of the ones not on display. The herb definitely does the trick and it's ok. However, it was harvested on 7/28/14 almost 2 months ago, and it is really really dry. Very dry. Too dry. I also had my hopes up that I would be able to get more than 2.5 grams. A lot more. But that was the max amount for blue dream. I believe the most you can get is 3.5 grams. I was hoping for an ounce. But good lord, $70 for 2.5 grams? Thank god they didn't. But like some of the other reviewers have stated, I don't think I will be going back until prices have dropped. The herb is terribly priced.

Other than the long lines on Thursdays (its worth the wait) there's nothing you can complain about with Altitude. I come in on Thursdays for the THC deal, always love getting 10 bucks off.

Worst store I've been to in Washington state. over priced weed. can't even smell it or touch it. They have a waiting room that makes the process feel like you're visiting the doctor. won't ever be going back. I'll be waiting for stores to open that will close this shop down.
tldr: over priced flower. customers are made to feel awkward in "waiting room". scanning and saving my ID information. worst store around.

This was the second recreational pot store since it became legal here and I have to say that Altitude was a very nice facility, staffed by helpful people and with a good array of product. I chose the Juju Joint which is the weed equivalent of an e-cig. Self-contained, nothing to do other than take a drag when you want. Totally discreet and very convenient. Nice. Expensive right now but nice. Nice store - I will be back.

im a long time med patient in wash, and although im not happy about the law changes I realize that i502 shops aren't the ones writing the laws, they are doing their best to spread the green, so this is my best option if i want to walk into a dispensary anywhere near me. they are doing a good deed
that being said, they cant give med advice, but that's okay, thats what leafly is for lol
some top shelf stuff ive tried is all of the DAMA products, anything from Phat Panda, and a few of the Farmer J strains such as the Critical+
