Poor customer service, most the employees there are not very friendly and make you feel rushed, but there are a couple employees that are nice and helpful. I have came in a few times to find they had closed early and I have also had to wait for them to open, late. I went to this place regularly for a few months but have not been back since Oct. I'm glad there are other stores in the area to buy bud from now!

The store is fine, but the prices are absolutely outrageous. $30 for a gram is 3x too much, even illegal dealers don't gyp their customers like that. I'd go the illegal route before I'd shop here again.

I love this place so much! The weekly discounts and the point system for discounts is so nice, and their selection of products is A+++. Just went in yesterday and Edgar and Cody did an awesome job with helping me out! Will be going again!

When you walk in they make you feel like you really matter. The first time I went I had no idea what to expect. I was so relieved when my "budtender" (that's what they call the salespeople) walked me through the process step by step and helped me figure everything out. They have everything you could ever need and the product is constantly updated and changed so you don't get bored. Highly recommend Altitude!

The best in the valley! Don't even try going to the bake shop, they're filled with rude unknoledgeable budtenders, Altitude is where it's at!

We are on a trip visiting family, and happened upon this small little green building in Prosser, curious we ventured inside to discover it was a pot shop! AWESOME We got as many goodies as we could consume in Washington and continued on our way. Definitely will be back on our way through and will tell friends and family at home

they got a great selection of products. only negative is I just wish the price would come down a bit. I always go with green chief or exotic farms and have never been disappointed.

I like the maui sunset wax, it is super strong stuff. looking forward to my next visit to pick up some wax

JuJu BHO half and half with higher CBD ChemmyJ did WONDERS for intense pain relief! I just wish prices (and taxes) weren't prohibitively expensive. I think WA is trying to kill its golden goose.

Someone needs to regulate the QUALITY of your products!!! Bought a pre roll for the holiday weekend and it was the OLDEST GROSSEST NASTIEST joint I have ever smoked!!!! This nailed the coffin shut- I refuse to go back!! Gross

They are looking out for everyone with the extensive protocol they have instated. I love the table for the goods, the window with POSITIVE pressure going away from the staff, and the strict one customer policy. Wow what a clean and friendly environment! I was so pleased to see someone actually sanitizing the counters! The team was so friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Had to look with my eyes not my hands but she had a flashlight ready and I got to see it close enough to make a decision! Great work guys!
