I love this place so much! The weekly discounts and the point system for discounts is so nice, and their selection of products is A+++. Just went in yesterday and Edgar and Cody did an awesome job with helping me out! Will be going again!

I've been to a lot of shops in central Washington and this is probably my favorite. The service is really what makes my whole trip. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. They don't ever rush you and they always try to hook you up with the best deal. Amazing selection and super convenient location. Can't wait to re-up next week!

Poor customer service, most the employees there are not very friendly and make you feel rushed, but there are a couple employees that are nice and helpful. I have came in a few times to find they had closed early and I have also had to wait for them to open, late. I went to this place regularly for a few months but have not been back since Oct. I'm glad there are other stores in the area to buy bud from now!

The best in the valley! Don't even try going to the bake shop, they're filled with rude unknoledgeable budtenders, Altitude is where it's at!

The staff were FANTASTIC! The quality was great. Only problem is the price if 2-3x too much. won't be back until it is less than $80 per 1/8.

Customer service is poor at best. No way to know prices until you get there and with them being the only option within 100 miles of tri-cities its a bit of a drive to waste your time. They have the market cornered so they don't care about their customers.

Even though it was super busy, I was helped quickly, and Jay was great with my indecisiveness. He even helped curate the rest of my purchase upon request, clueing into what I was looking to achieve.

Wow what a clean and friendly environment! I was so pleased to see someone actually sanitizing the counters! The team was so friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Had to look with my eyes not my hands but she had a flashlight ready and I got to see it close enough to make a decision! Great work guys!

The weed is $30 a gram. but besides the donation price, I love the store!

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel welcome; every so often I'd get someone trying to get rid of low quality stuff but they're most honest. I used to drive out of my way from the tri cities to go here, but sadly I feel their quality has dropped off. Prices are comparable to other shops, it's not more expensive.

Don't let the trolls full you! This place has the lowest prices compared to the other stores. Easy access off I-82 and best and widest selection available. Been to all the local stores and definitely prefer this place.

Hands down the best dispensary in the Lower Valley. The prices are respectable and the staff are very helpful with ever I go in. This place makes the Bake Shop look like a joke. Shout out to budtender Reis who always gives the best recommendations for dabs. Most educated budtenders out of all the shops I have ever been too! Keep it up Altitude!!!

This is a decent shop with good service. At the time of writing this they do not update their Leafly menu often. So don't count on it being accurate. I chose their shop yesterday based on the strains they offered on Leafly only to arrive and find out they haven't had it for over a week. Also, no fault of the shop itself but, check the producer info when you make a purchase in Washington. Some growers are more qualified to cure and package their product and I am already seeing highly variable differences. The Blue dream I purchased yesterday was good overall but, too dry. I'll be choosing based on the grower first and the strain second until the supply is more stable and experienced. If I were Altitude I would check grower quality and pay accordingly or reject lots that don't meet standard.

Altitude has an awesome atmosphere. Every time I go in I don't feel any pressure to hurry and the Budtenders always have good information for me. Taunya (manager) went above and beyond to help me get some faulty carts replaced. And she is always getting new products for me to try... ;^)..... Go visit Altitude. You won't regret it.

awesome dispensary, I go here instead of yakima because they always have at least 5+ different strains to choose from and better prices too. One time I drove all the way to yakima and they were closed because they were out of product, so on my way back I went to Altitude and they hooked me up. Def recommend

First off 90% of these reviews are fake. The service in this place is awesome people know their weed. The down side is that the weed is expensive. You can get a gram for 20 bucks but the weed is tumbled meaning there is no crystals on it and most strains are packaged in a air tight bag instead of a jar. Since the weed is pre-packaged once the grams are out you have to buy in 2to7 gram packages which can range from 40 to well over a 100 dollars with some 3.5 gram for 80 BUCKS.. 80 BUCK FOR AN 1/8TH ??? My advice would be to stay away until the prices are comparable to the street.
