The employees have always been helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Website is a breeze to use and navigate. Reviews and descriptions are helpful and surprisingly accurate. I honestly was not expecting my first time in a dispensary so easy and enjoyable as I suffer from pretty severe social anxieties which I was planning on having to deal with, but as soon as I was let in the door everyone was extremely friendly and super helpful with all of my questions, concerns, and just generally making it a very calm, pleasant experience that I did not expect due to my anxiety. The entire staff here is absolutely incredible. I highly recommend checking Acanza out for your medical marijuana needs.
The staff and security are always friendly. Prices are usually the best in Fayetteville. I'm extra impressed and grateful that the staff is honest. I accidentally left my phone on the counter. I have a if found please call my wife's phone with her# on my lock screen. Before I even realized I left it there, they had already found it, called my wife's phone, and left a voicemail that they had it at the front desk. I came back to town a couple hours later and picked it up at the front desk. Super thankful for getting it back and for nice honest employees. As far as the double bag check, I don't really mind. I didn't check it myself, so if a wrong product accidentally got put in, they would hopefully notice on the second bag check and then could trade it out for what was originally ordered. I don't really see how a customer could steal anything since it's all behind counter and glass, so maybe they had an employee in the past that would steal by putting extra items in a friends bag or something similar? Either way, glad to be able to get medical and not risk jail. Can't wait until it's Rec!
So today I come in like no other day I go to the back the lady says to me you’re not supposed to be on your phone back here which I already knew but I had my phone on mute And showed her it was on mute I was talking to my brother in the military and he doesn’t always get phone calls she proceeds to tell me well it doesn’t matter who your talking to your phones not supposed to be on during a phone call while it’s on mute so technically it’s off nobody can hear what’s going on back there she shrugged her shoulders as hard as she could to her friend behind the counter and then shoved the bag underneath the plexiglass she didn’t have much luck being aggressive trying to get the bag underneath the plexiglass so she had to start over and gently put it underneath the plexiglass but still with an attitude I have been to this location at least every other day and I have never had anyone say anything to me about me being on my phone as long as it’s on mute how she thought it was the end of the world and acted way out of character hope she has a better day tomorrow I bro g this business slot of customers and money I felt very disrespected
Best shop in town as a veteran I love coming here and the people behind the counter are the best especially the older gentleman and the really tall African American man both are the best and both deserve a raise
