Guard at door, very inviting, polite, helpful. Made me comfortable. My first time so I had to fill out the form, the wait was a little awkward, but Door person made me not worry. Product is high quality. Check out was efficient like a Pharmacy. Clean.

So today I come in like no other day I go to the back the lady says to me you’re not supposed to be on your phone back here which I already knew but I had my phone on mute And showed her it was on mute I was talking to my brother in the military and he doesn’t always get phone calls she proceeds to tell me well it doesn’t matter who your talking to your phones not supposed to be on during a phone call while it’s on mute so technically it’s off nobody can hear what’s going on back there she shrugged her shoulders as hard as she could to her friend behind the counter and then shoved the bag underneath the plexiglass she didn’t have much luck being aggressive trying to get the bag underneath the plexiglass so she had to start over and gently put it underneath the plexiglass but still with an attitude I have been to this location at least every other day and I have never had anyone say anything to me about me being on my phone as long as it’s on mute how she thought it was the end of the world and acted way out of character hope she has a better day tomorrow I bro g this business slot of customers and money I felt very disrespected
Other than I think they charged me too much it was a good visit. Could’ve called me before I drove all the way up to tell me I went over my allotment but no worries, it was busy. They were quick and nice and it was 115$ cheaper than where I live so I’ll be back :)
I found it odd that they must check and recheck your purchases after you leave the counter as you exit the building, as if you could take products or would be given things you didn’t purchase.
I had to quit during the pandemic but when I renewed my card I went to y’all and the strain I got was a new one and it worked. Your employee’s are the greatest.
I've been a very happy customer for over two years now. Only one time did I experience some dried up moldy tasting flower and I gently brought this matter to their attention. They were extremely understanding and gladly allowed me a full exchange for another flower despite what I had used. Very professional and their people skills were right on. 😘
Best shop in town as a veteran I love coming here and the people behind the counter are the best especially the older gentleman and the really tall African American man both are the best and both deserve a raise

I have to be honest when I said it feels very business like with absolutely no personal comfortable feel about the atmosphere it's good it's clean it's professional but not comfortable or homey, but other than that it's great
