Acanza is the only store I've used since I got my card. Why? Because, by my 3rd visit, I knew what I liked, knew how to order online to reserve my order and at pick up they are quick and so knowledgeable about all of the inventory they carry. It is pretty impressive and so are their products. No need to go anywhere else.

Don’t use debit card. Its a pain in the ass.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I brought in a printed card on paper and they laminated it for me! My online order was ready for pick up within a few minutes after being ordered and it was correct when I got it.

I like the quick service in n out. My issue is not with the dispensary but with the cultivators Bold/Natural/ Osage. I have purchased medicine from all 3 and have found each lacking in quality/ consistency. Sometimes they have good smoke next time not, sometimes a good manicure next time guard leaves everywhere. Now due to the pandemic we must order online (pay attention Arcanza) the web site needs help. First of all when we click on a product the customer should be able to zoom in on the potential purchase and what we buy should be close to the image. Finally you(Arcanza) should not allow your suppliers to change your web page! Example I ordered some edibles online and the image showed a pile of gummies in rainbow colours in reality the product was black(per Arkansas law). This said I will continue to shop at Arcanza and enjoy there friendly professional service, keep up the good job guys!!! HOWS THAT FOR A REVIEW??

The Bud Tenders are extremely nice and knowledgable. If you ask a question and they are not sure they will get you the correct answer.

This is a good dispensary with good employees. I was one of the many that stood in line on opening day so I have seen the few changes since then. My only concern is that flower be placed in jars(eighths) instead of packages.

I was just there the budtenders are very personal, caring, very friendly they will talk to you about what medication will help you the best most other places wait thinking you know what you want which is fine but sometimes you get the wrong medication I drove past other dispensaries coming here .. 5 stars

Not sure what the last reviewer is upset about. I’ve been going to dispensaries in other states for years. For the Arkansas market Acanza has very fair pricing and some solid specials. The atmosphere is professional and the employees were knowledgeable about the product. The “armed guard” has been the same guy every time, and I would be more concerned if he wasn’t there. I’ve never been to a dispensary that didn’t have security. Nor would I want to.
