THC Recreation Station

Wow! I was impressed with this place and I have been into the biggest and best dispensaries in four different states. All my questions were answered and the products were exactly what I had come to expect from the better establishments that I have visited. The staff was friendly and the place is clean, safe and comfortable. Nice job 2nd Step!

This is the only dispensory I go to. The staff are knowledgable and freindly and I receive a loyal customer discount. I recommend this establishment to everyone I know who has a ommp card!

I'd been going to the same place since turning 21, but overtime I noticed quality going down and prices going up. A couple friends of mine recommended this place to me. At first I was hesitant only because it's far from my house, but then I found out about this 10% off travels discount?! Amazing, so I go. The first time I bought 4 grams one of all the different main brands they had at the time, it was a Saturday so I got 20% off anything over 12$ also amazing. I go home try them all and am just seriously blown away by the taste and quality of all 4 of the grams. So before reviewing anything I make sure I've fully experienced what I'm reviewing. So at this point I've went about 6 times, all 6 times I was greeted by a friendly person who I'd describe as their "weedceptionist". I love that they only let a few people back at the same time, eases my anxiety. Every person whose helped me has been so incredibly friendly, and very helpful. It's great when bud tenders know their stuff, they definitely have high quality oil, very tasty stuff. Also they do charge 50 cents for bags but now I always have 2 in my purse and I am helping with the waste problem. Love this place will recommend to anyone.

Recreation Station would not honor a coupon text they sent out. Text said 25% off in the next 7 days. Did not specify you could only use it once. And was never told so. Drove there and was told I couldn’t use it anymore. Too many shops around Salem with the same product to not honor your coupons or at least compensate for your mistake. Wife and I will not be going back.

First dispensary I've come across that takes card which is pretty convenient. Having 2 buildings is slightly confusing and the layout once in the building isn't the easiest to navigate if it's your first time either

I was able to find this gem of a dispensary and I doubt I will go anywhere else. Customer service is the best I've experienced with staff taking time to do consulting about which product would help me with my sleep problem. It's almost overwhelming the amount of product and types of product that this little shop holds. They also have excellent pricing with the ability to stack your discounts and I just participated in a 30% off storewide sale where there were seven brands that was 50% off including two of my favorites Hapy Kitchen and Entourage. The building is a turn of the century home that's been converted and it's very welcoming and comfortable. I would call this place the Cheers of the cannabis industry! I wish I could give them more stars.

It's about a 20-25 minute drive (one way), and there are certainly other places closer, but THC Recreation Station is hands down my favorite to shop at. Always something on sale, and a decent sale at that. I have yet to encounter anybody working here that was unfriendly. My shop of choice!

I live 20 minutes away, and drive into Salem to get the exceptional service, and great deals. I am consistently treated with respect. They know me by name ...knickname. In this world today, it is refreshing to have this be a fact. Thank you, bud tenders, front office people, everyone! To me, it is well worth the trip.

Love this place. Friendly, helpful staff, and THE BEST deal in town on flower. I check their 'Specials' every few days, to see what they've got. I drive across town to get there, past at least a dozen shops, and am always happy I did. Easy online ordering/pickup. Never a huge wait, even if it's busy. There's always parking, including a couple super convenient streetside parking on 13th. It's got a cool, cozy vibe, and a little more privacy than other spots too. One of the (very) few shops in the Salem/Keizer I happily frequent.

This place is great! Friendly and helpful staff, great selection, and great deals! Make sure to grab a stamp card to earn additional discounts!

I felt so comfortable here. The staff were not rude at all and were very helpful without being condescending like I have encountered at other dispenseries. Will shop here for medicine more often.

Amazing customer service!

These guys are really great!! From prices to product to staff I'd say they are 2nd to none. I've been using 2nd step for a few years now, they are always up to date on the laws and follow them to a T. Never had a complaint here, from ownership to the floor they're the best. If you haven't been by yet I'd recommend anyone to stop by!
