For a first-timer to OMMP, both the clinic and dispensary have provided me with top-notch, knowledgeable service. The staff is friendly and willing to answer questions about how all of this works, and the process of getting my OMMP card was streamlined and quick. As a newcomer to the dispensary, I got great advice on how to integrate MM as my primary medication. For anyone in Salem and the Willamette Valley in general, I would highly recommend both the clinic and dispensary without hesitation. Thank you for your excellent service!

What's disappointing is my friend actually said you weren't up too snuff?! Lies!! It took me a little while too visit but I was literally blow away with my trip here! Amazing selection and great employees and enviornment, this place is amazing and is my new first stop shop after just 1 visit. These guys aten't playing around!! Too legit!

I think this is a great website. As someone who is new to OMMP, I have found the information on all the dispensary's so valuable. I like being able to know what to expect when I go to a new dispensary. You guys are the best.

Been going here since they opened in October of 2015, and 2nd Step has, in my opinion, consistently been the highest quality dispensary in Salem. Everyone (and every thing, too) there is clean, professional, welcoming, and fun. Best pre-rolls in town as well. If you're disappointed with this place, you're doing something wrong.

They have a wide selection of quality medicine; which is why, 2nd Step is always my first stop. They also have a very polite, helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable crew, and they always make me feel glad to be a customer there. two thumbs up!

This is usually a "go to" shop for me; great selection of flower, concentrates, and hands down best pre-rolls in town; staff is great as well. However menu hasn't been updated here in awhile and I know they have a great selection. With as many stores as there is in Salem now it's nice to be able to see what's available and if it's worth the trip in.

I am so happy that I found this professional and compassionate dispensary. I attended their OMMP registration clinc with Dr. D and now I have continued on as loyal customer. Loren spent and spends hours on educating both patients and caregivers on the benefits and effects of medical marijuana. I had no idea that marijuana could be used to treat illnesses without the patients getting high. I learned about the Indica to Sativa continuum and how to medicate safely but effectively throughout my day. I read here where a reviewer thought the staff was "STONED" and had to laugh because of his lack of respect for other patients' rights. Thank you 2nd Step!

First of all this place has amazing service. And it seems like they are always expanding. With that said I just wish a little more work was put into the presentation of the shop. Having a disability that is back related it would be nice to browse without having to crouch for what i want. The quality of their meds do make up for this and is the reason I go back.

This shop has a friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent products and a great customer service approach. The store is clean and well displayed. From flowers, edibles or new cartridges for my vape I can always find it at 2nd Step.

best in Salem Fast service as well a highly knowledgeable staff... always able to quick steer me in the right direction.. highest quality meds in town as well one of the more diverse selections.. have already gone numerous times since receiving my OMMP card less than a month a ago an this place will definitely be my hone location 👍

2nd Step is the best.

Very nice visit. Patient and great knowledge they share with questions answered. I am slow making decisions and was not rushed at all. Lots of variety to learn about. I plan on return visits to check out the large variety of stock they have.

I am a non-user/caregiver. This facility is by far the most helpful and provides the most diversity of products of any I/we have visited. Thank You for all of your help. If you haven't stopped by to see this group, it's definitely worth the time! =)

They are located in a very good location for anyone around town to get too and suprisingly they had a huge variety of flower to choose from. that and some good BHO

2nd Step Dispensary is a good place to buy your product. Again, no guarantee of quality or flavor. The only thing I didn't like about the place is that everyone was STONED. I couldn't get a straight answer from the people there.

Everything about this location is great-- the people, the pot, and the prices!

this is my favorite spot. they have an excellent selection of high quality medicine. i have tried more than half of the top shelf flowers i have loved them all. grand hustle, huckle berry kush, and girl scout cookies are some mighty fine ones to name few. i havnt tried everywhere but i cant stop goin back to this one cuz its a sure thing. i drive past a couple other dispensaries on the way the to this one because i prefer this one over the others. its worth the drive. like i said i havnt gone into everyplace in town so i hope im not missing out on anything cuz i just keep goin back to this place cuz its great.
