Now this is a dispensary! Huge selection, all good quality, friendly atmosphere, helpful, and yes, I will definitely come back here! (I was unsure about a house layout, but instead of feeling like I was in a seedy locale, lots of windows, open, and very relaxing!

This is usually a "go to" shop for me; great selection of flower, concentrates, and hands down best pre-rolls in town; staff is great as well. However menu hasn't been updated here in awhile and I know they have a great selection. With as many stores as there is in Salem now it's nice to be able to see what's available and if it's worth the trip in.

2nd Step is the best.

First of all this place has amazing service. And it seems like they are always expanding. With that said I just wish a little more work was put into the presentation of the shop. Having a disability that is back related it would be nice to browse without having to crouch for what i want. The quality of their meds do make up for this and is the reason I go back.

Just got a massage from Valora and it was the best massage ever! She relieved all my aches, pains, stress everything! Someone was using power tools right outside but that didn't bother me because she was perfect! I would recommend everyone go get one today!

I very much enjoyed this dispensery. They have good quality medicine and treat you like an actual patient. Their staff is very professional and I will be returning to this dispensery.

This shop has a friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent products and a great customer service approach. The store is clean and well displayed. From flowers, edibles or new cartridges for my vape I can always find it at 2nd Step.

What can I say - 2nd Step is THE PLACE to go! Since I started there, the staff is a bunch of great people, the location is very handy and also very well taken care of in and out. The stock is well kept up with a great variety of goods on the menu. I tried a Lunch Box Alchemy Squib Gummy 'Orange' today and I'll give it the Thumbs UP - good flavor and nice, mellow effect. The CO2's I use do great for my Epilepsy and Fractured Spine. Unless your out of town, this is THE PLACE to go for your cannabis needs!!! GO BEAVS

This first-class dispensary recently added a very nice, aluminum ramp to the front door. The ramp is easy to navigate and push up. The meds are top rate, but the best part is the knowledgeable and friendly, professional staff.

I have gone here quite a few times since they have opened. Plus I was a previous 1st Step Clinic Patient. Since they have been at their new location never once have I gone their during their normal business hours and have not been greeted with a warm friendly smile. I feel comfortable and like family when going in to the facility. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. He takes the time to educate me on medicine and what to look for. He helps me select what I need for my medical conditions. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to go to a nice establishment with very knowledgeable and helpful people. You will not regret going in here at all, I never have. Hands down this is the premier facility around.

I really like this dispensary. The Purple Haze grown by the owner is $50/qtr and is one of my favorite Sativas. They have a large selection and everyone there is friendly.

this was a great experience for me! i didnt look at the flowers much but the concentrates are top shelf for sure! very informative and friendly staff!! i will defiantly be back!!!!
