Sour Sunset reviews

I don't even know where to start with this one. First off, the buds look absolutely gorgeous. Crazy huge trichomes, beautiful pale orange pistils, nice fat calyxes, and an overall amazing size, shape, and density. The smell is orgasmic! You get the classic Sunset Sherbet flavor and smell, but with a slight hint of sour fruit and gasoline. This strain is just stupid potent. My tolerance is through the roof, but every time I smoke this shit I always get ridiculously high in the best of ways! It hits hard and fast like its Sour Diesel parent, but also builds in strength over the course of about 10-15 minutes. The peak last a surprisingly long time, about an hour and a half depending on how much you smoke, and it lasts a total of 3-3 1/2 hours!! The euphoria is ungodly strong, as is the painkilling effect and the mental stimulation. Very uplifting head high and gentle body high for the peak, and a powerfully sedating body high that puts you into a state of deep relaxation for the rest of the high and lingers throughout the day without causing fatigue. Sour Sunset is one of those strains where you know that you'll be good all day from just one or two small bowls. I do warn the cannabis-naive and those with lower tolerance to be VERY CAREFUL about how much you smoke in one sitting. Yeah you feel high almost immediately, but it still creeps up on you and sometimes gets overwhelming. 5/5 and my absolute favorite strain!!!

Sour Sunset by Smokin' Gun Apothecary - Denver C.O. I'll say this dispo keeps very nice, fresh, well manicured flowers. This strain however stood out for its phenomenal flavor as well as potent effects. The cut I got was testing at 24% and it definitely didn't hold back. I got great relaxing hybrid effects as described by Leafly, it never was sedating or racey. It was just right. It's a strain that makes you appreciate every hit though, it really is delicious. No doubt worth giving a try. 9/10

This strain is a super hyperactive high at first, until your peak. Then my heart rate began still slow and I was suddenly relaxed and mellow. Very happy. The strain has a piney and citrusy smell to it. While the taste is sort of earthy and piney as well. I used grinded weed, on the first bowl I smoke I. Notice the weed wasn't as smooth in the beginning. After the first couple of hits I felt it kicking pretty fast. This is a good strain to smoke of you're trying to do something real fast and need a little bit of extra energy. Then you become relaxed. I however received a small headache in the front of my head for a few minutes. Nothing major. Overall I would say this is more of a relaxing weed than an uplifting and hype strain. I enjoyed this high a lot! Definitely recommend it!

my new go-to daytime strain. perfect for heavy users that find themselves remedicating too often with straight sativa. just enough indica to get some good calming body effects but definitely more towards the sativa side. I'm in the clouds but totally clear headed. the nugs are abundant with redish-Orange hairs and a little on the darker side. very very dense nugs. doesn't break up well by hand so go with a grinder. smells and tastes earthy with notes of diesel. buy it. burn it. love it. you're welcome.

This is a nice SATIVA dominant strain, in spite of what Leafly shows as an INDICA dominant (60%). Leafly info so often is off if not way off - where do they get their data? Do they just make shit up? I hate to get on their case, but if Leafly doesn't get its act together in really making sure their info is accurate, they'll soon be known as the fake news of MMJ. The strain is excellent though if you're looking for sativa. Does anyone at Leafly even read these??

This strain will hit you immediately with a real cerebral high you can feel right behind your eyes. The sativa feeling takes over right away and is eventually taken over by a heavy indica feeling a while later. definitely recommend giving this one a try. tastes great too!

Just when I think it can't get any better, I come across a strain that absolutely knocks my socks off! This strain has recently made an appearance at a few dispensaries in my neck of the woods. Went to a dispensary a few days ago for a different strain but was recommended this by the awesome bud-tender so I said what the hell, let's do it. Glad I did. Whoa is this one powerful! Vaped an RSO cartridge and after 4 pulls I was on cloud 9. Btw, Leafly... Srs is definitely sativa dominate, not indica dominate as it states in the description. It has a slightly sweet taste with strong diesel notes. This is, hands down the most aroused I've been with any strain I've tried so far. Extremely euphoric! I am very focused and clear headed. I could lay in bed listening to music all day or I could take advantage of the wonderfully warm weather that we've been having and do some yard work! Take a look at my favorite strains, they aren't all my favorites, they are just all the strains I've tried thus far. This is the bees knees, Peeps! It's at the top of my list! Give it a try, I think you'll be pleased. (I can't believe how focused I am. I am literally thinking about my childhood and the images are so vivid and clear!)
