Surprisingly, this is one of my favorite sativas. Now, this is coming from someone who has a very rocky relationship with sativas and tries to avoid them. Recently, I have been trying more and more and this one was one of the earliest install favorite strains I started with. It is not a very potent sativa, but it tastes phenomenal, Lessons anxiety, eventually ends with the person feeling a bit tired, and is extremely your fork and uplifting. I appreciate it is not overly energetic in nature. I highly recommend for anyone who is Just starting out with sativas and is sensitive to them.
I picked this up from our local budtender as an RSO. I mix it with hot tea and honey and a small dab of coconut oil to help keep the RSO distributed and not stuck to the cup. Sorry, imma tad medicated at the moment, lol. Anyway, before I had finished my 1 cup of tea for the night (of usually 2-3 cups of tea--for 1 bag) I fell right to sleep. The next thing I knew, it was time to go to work. I fixed my dosage and now get to relax, pain and stress free before falling asleep. This is one rare strain that keeps me asleep throughout the night. I suffer chronic pain from old military injuries and PTSD along with anxiety and chronic depression.
It's a rare gem when I find it in an RSO. When I last bought it, I had my husband in mind, since he is detoxing from alcohol. When he got really uncomfortable, he asked for a cup of my tea. It helped him finally get the sleep his body and mind needed. It was also his 1st cup of tea 😆
Love this strain! It looks & smells delicious while give you a mellow body high with a somewhat euphoric head high as well. One of my favorites.
Pure relaxation, almost as if you were taking a Sativa. Body at ease, mind balanced, completely had no worries, anxiety-killing, the "I feel fuckin' great" type of strain, Personal favorite Indica.
Picked some up from Bloom Dispensary today in Arizona. Very pleased with the effects of this strain. Some pretty heavy medication. imo
When I first start smoking Papaya, it feels like a sativa. Awake, uplifted, creative. Very quickly however, the sleepiness sets in. One of the few strains that can actually put me to sleep.
I’m a graphic design student and I love this strain for getting my work done. Gets me high AF but keeps me focused and creative!
(Citral x Ice) = Papaya. Which, is a particular seed bank's creation and take on the tropical fruit counter-part, Mango.
The taste is similar, in it's sweet treefruit like sense, but a spicy, peppery side is also apparent through the inhale.
The plants stay fairly short and thin, which for an indica dominant seems uncannily, almost sativa dom(ish). Definite plant worth trying, the calmness alone will kill any naysayers anxiety! Great for after a nap! Great for browsing the web, watching videos, studying, reading, eating, sleeping :) and repeating 8)
