Panama Red reviews

Vaped finely-ground in my MFLB. Very odd flavor, bitter and funky like old linseed oil. As others have mentioned, it has a very 80s feel to it. My unfounded theory is this has a lot to do with the ratio of THC to CBD and other volatile compounds. Pronounced time dilation, which combined with the brightness probably accounts for this strains reputation as a "get shit done" variety. Good for deep cleaning the kitchen or watching MST3K. You have to consume more of it to achieve the desired effect than you would of a modern strain, but it's worth it.

It's everything they say. Very rare find in my neck of the woods of Northern Michigan.

Holy guacamole! It was love at first toke....this has definitely moved to my #1 spot on my favorite strain spectrum. Very strong sativa that you can instantly feel in your noggin and makes you feel like you're in another 🌎. Groovy shit maaaannnnnn

Panama red is easily the best sativa I have ever come across, its strong and heavy hitting. Its effects roll over you like a tidal wave. Off the first bong rip you feel an overwhelming head rush as the smoke hits your capillaries. Used as a day time medicine or as a social stimulant, Panama Red will have you covered

This shit was fire back 15 years ago lol this is what mids back in the day when there only 2 loud strains to be found. Mess you up a straight mess focusing on the pixels on the tv for a hour! Be careful with what ever the hell this thing is.

This is one of my two go-to strains. The other being Acapulco Gold. I almost exclusively smoke Sativas as Indicas often leave me in a paranoid ball. Panama Red is one of the "OG" landrace sativas. Famed as far back as the 60's. I find it helpful to compare it to Acapulco Gold. Acapulco Gold I would describe as an energetic, creative, clear-headed euphoric feeling. Where you want to get things done, and build stuff, talk to friends, go on hikes, ski, etc. It's a very nice "active" weed. Panama Red on the other hand, is like it's more mellow cousin. When you want to chill on the couch with your friends like in "That 70's Show", and be relaxed, and euphoric, and even aroused and want to make out, but still have plenty of energy and be able to hold a conversation and go do stuff? That's what Panama Red is all about. You still have plenty of "awakeness", and alertness, but you feel super chill and relaxed. It's very pleasant. Panama Red has been famous for decades, and that fame is not undeserved. Also, if you have trouble sleeping, I have slept SUPER well after having a hit of this. Very deeply and soundly. It's very nice.
