I'll admit I'm new to using weed medicinally (which is a shame considering), but here's my two cents.
1 - No weird bursts of paranoia so far. This may change if you smoke too much, however.
2 - Focus and energy, but not so much you can't relax if the situation allows for it.
3 - Pain relief AND relief of anxiety related to the pain at the same time, which is a weird double-whammy that I didn't expect.
Personally, I find this to be more effective AND less problematic for treating ADHD in women (and all the requisite symptoms, like depression and anxiety) than Strattera, Adderall, Ritalin, or Vyvanse. ymmv, though. It also helps with pain relief and doesn't cause Crohn's flares, which means it's more effective for that than opioids. I'm honestly shocked.
I struggle with anxiety that caused me to worry that I wouldn't like this strain. As such, here are some strains I've enjoyed in the past, and some that had some mixed effects for me (I call it my strain profile). If you tend to enjoy my chosen strains, then Panama Punch might be right for you.
Enjoyed:
Forbidden Fruit - Very clear focus w/o anxiety
White Widow - Mild anxiety, but motivation and energy to do something about the anxiety.
Afternoon Delight - Pain relief + flexibility of use.
Blue Dream - Best strain for sleep I've ever seen, especially when coupled with pain relief.
Gelato - Great balance between the focus of White Widow and the flexibility of use of Afternoon Delight.
Enjoyed but experienced weird side effects:
Acapulco Gold - Was more easily triggered (I also have PTSD), especially if used in excess.
Northern Lights - Weird PTSD dreams. Also wasn't as effective for pain relief as you'd expect with an Indica.
Truffle Butter - I don't know how to describe this, but I was convinced that something in my house was on fire every time I used this strain because I could smell it. Nothing was ever on fire or smelled like fire. Also, I was using a vape pen, so there wasn't any smoke smell, either.
DID NOT ENJOY:
Sour Diesel - Paranoia even when used in small amounts. Headache.
White Durban - No noticeable effects unless used in heavy amounts. If you use it too heavily, it overwhelms you and leaves you unable to do anything.
Red Velvet - Most awful migraine I've ever had in my life. Weird taste in my mouth. I don't remember experiencing any actual enjoyment from this one tbh.
Everyone is different, of course.
I did not expect to like this at all, as energetic sativas usually make me incredibly anxious, but this stuff is awesome. It has a mellow energy that makes you high without feeling out of control. Went fishing and it was a great day. Would definitely have again.
Not the big berry flavors I was hoping for, but sweet, and smooth, for a Haze-y, sativa-dominant strain. Uplifting head buzz, and a nice case of the smiles. Not over the top, but all around good stuff.
Interesting that this is listed as a sativa and my dispensary had it marked as a hybrid... The nugs are nice and it smells like a Tazo tea. I had a nice cerebral high for a bit then a nice body high kicked in. I could feel a lot going on in my body and when I focused could feel the blood flowing through me. I would also like to mention that I had a hard time keeping a joint of this lit unless I was continually puffing it.

Amazing high love the taste and giggles
This is my go to when I need a mellow lift up. The aroma of the bud is straight up candy fruit flavors, and smoked it has a nice chill spicy finish. Lower THC content means you're not balloon head and you can session this stuff all day. Clinic in Denver seems to have it all the time, get busy with it.
