After nearly 2 years of consistent medical marijuana use, this is the first strain to completely alleviate my chronic pain. Typically after smoking, my pain reduces to a dull feeling, or I simply become apathetic to the discomfort, regardless of the pain level remaining the same.
OG 18 does not make me sleepy (although it relaxes me enough to sleep peacefully), does not cause any paranoia, or anything that I could describe as unpleasant.
Overall, one of my favorite strains. Pain reliever, mood enhancer, and far from overwhelming. Highly recommend for daily use.
Cresco’s OG18 from medical dispensary in Pennsylvania.
This strain is by far one of my favorites in terms of taste, smell and most-importantly effects. Yet if I were choosing a strain based on looks, this would not be one of my first choices. But this is one of those cases where looks can deceive.
OG18 has the taste of what I would expect from an OG Kush strain. It delivers the OG taste with precision and the effects are quite wonderful all around. It relaxes my eyes and body and makes me feel extremely comfortable and peaceful. You can feel the stress leave your body within a few minutes of use. The effects are strong and long-lasting. It has a great head warming effect and takes away any thoughts I have of pain yet at the same time maintain complete focus and mental clarity. Perhaps even makes my thoughts even more focused?
I’ve tried so many strains and this is one of those that stands out to me in so many aspects. I’ve truly enjoyed it and anyone who likes OG flavor should love this.
What is up Cannabis and Peace enthusiasts! It feels like its been forever since I've gotten a chance to get on here and review a strain. It's not that I haven't been enjoying the "high life" ...err... rather maybe enjoying it a bit too much this summer. At any rate, I got a gram of OG #18 from Cresco Yeltrah Dispensary in Butler, PA and it is ggggooooooddddd! I mean really good! This indica dominant bad gal is from the CY rest series of strains and it definitely helps with relaxation at the end of the day. Perhaps a more appropriate description would be don't make any plans!...LOL... This is an awesome strain for a netflix and chill kinda night or my favorite, a heavy dose and checking out the stars for about an hour or so. On the serious side though folks the strain has been great for treating the nausea and lack of appetite from Crohn's as well as alleviating stress from PTSD. One word of caution on dosing: as always start slow, there's no rule against heating the nail again and taking another small puff to get the dose right. Hope someone out there in cannaland enjoys this review. Be easy,

Illinois bath yields 21.2% THC. Being an indica dominant hybrid , I expected more of heavy stoned feel, but that's not what I got. It's not bad, but definitely doesn't have that hardcore indica punch as you get with some other strains. If you're looking for a hybrid that'll make mellow , this is a good choice. However if you're looking to fall asleep, there are many other indica / hybrid options that a better choice.
OG #18 was one of those strains I really wanted to try, but it just never happened. Whether I chose something else or it ran out before I got to it, I finally got it today. Gotta say I am massively regretting not buying more when I had the chance, but that always seems to happen.
The taste has a slight diesel ting, It looks beautiful covered in so many tiny crystals.
I smoke half gram of concentrate daily, I rarely buy flower. A third of a gram has me so high right now, I keel forgetting to finish up this review.
Another nice quality is how long it lasts, the buzz stays strong even after a couple of hours.
This has very narcotic like effects, if you're a beginner consumer watch out with this one make sure you don't have any plans for the day. I'm on painklrs I take one dose early in the morning, I never feel it at 11:30 that night but as soon as I smoked this my nose started itching again.
This is a must try. I picked this up for $6 a gram!!!! It's normally $12 but was brought down this weekend @ PARC Dispensary.
Got this in shatter form. To be fair, I hadn't smoked in four days so my tolerance had a break, but a few dabs legit had me tripping more than the mushrooms I ate last weekend. I can't wait to try some after smoking this.
Being a Sativa guy normally, I've never had a body buzz this strong in my life. I was locked deep into the couch and I could feel every single sound vibration throughout my body while I shut my eyes and watched the inside of my eyelids turn bright colors before melting.
Of course YMMV, but I sure hope you all have as magical of an experience with OG #18 as I have. Definitely my new favorite strain.

I'm a low level THC guy. I was a little worried to try this strain. I waited until I was home alone with nothing to do. Well, it was worth it. To heavy for me to use daily.....but deffinetly just what the doctor ordered when I need to chill out for a few hours. I suffer from PTSD and this deffinetly did the job.
This helps every medical issue I have. I’ve never had a better concentrate for my pain and aches. I’m actually motivated now making big changes in my life and getting things back on track. I was depressed for a while and I swear medical marijuana has saved not only my physical self but my mental sanity. I think most millennials probably smoke weed partially to escape the constant invisible matrix/spiderweb of WiFi signals, LTE cell towers, etc that inhabit our planet now. Technology will be the end of us. Remember the plant...that is a gift from God
