Went to my local dispensary in Illinois and picked this flower up. From a different grower but it’s Northern Lights haze. I got a 8th and I immediately loved the smell of it. The buds are fluffy and crystallized. I was told it’s a sativa leaning hybrid and when I rolled up and smoked I was blown away by the high. It gave me a great head high without anxiety at all but also my body was just perfect. You can use it anytime of day. I love this strain and definitely a favorite. If you find it then try it. It’s great for parties where your chillin and talking. Also great for just anything.
Pairs well with a seafood dinner and white wine.
Relaxing without taking energy from me. This is my new mid-day, weekend, go to.
Herbal taste, piny smell. It’s kind of like having herbal tea in a pine forest, the smell with the taste hits the pallet the same way.
Buds have a burnt orange color to the hairs laying on top military green body. Fairly dense but not some much that a person with arthritis would have a hard time turning the gooey bud in a grinder.
Unless you hit the bong like a professional baseball player swings a bat, the smoke will be easy going and airy that caresses the lungs promising it won’t give you a mean cough.
Ignition of the bud is easy yet not quick to set flame, the truck will be to let the flame hover just above the bud without touching it.
I am happy with my experience. Just remember, it will be as nice (or mean) as you smoke it.
Purchase it once, start dinner and about halfway through cooking, take a puff or two or three. By the time food is finished cooking (10 minutes) it has kicked in :)
Enjoy.
I tried this amazing strain last April in Amsterdam. It was my last day there with my wife and it was 10 PM. Our feet were destroyed. I found that Boerejoengens Coffe Shop and explained them that my wife and i would love to stay up another 3 or 4 hours before headin' to the hotel. Well, they gave me that strain and it was perfect. I think the best weed i ever smoked...I smoke from 1988 btw :)
Worth a try
I recently picked up some of this strain at a medical dispensary. It brought me back to the 1990s when both NL5 and landraces were popular. Glad to have found this herb because I remember being happy and the high was always long lasting. The NL5 definitely felt more dominant. Good strain for visiting the zoo or museum. As for my condition, it helps keep my headaches at bay.
One of my favourite daytime strains. Great flavour, effects are present but not overwhelming. Creative and outgoing results
Nugs are dark green, with purple leaves and reddish-orange hairs. The nugs have a pungent, earthy-citrus taste, with faint spiciness.. Easy to break up. Smoke is smooth, with a strong tobacco taste. The buzz is immediate and relaxing. Great for anxiety/depression.
This strain needs to make a strong comeback! Great high! Energy for daze!
Sativas are not my favorite. I suffer from high anxiety, so this strain had me a little paranoid. I smoked a bowl in my bong before going into work and at first I was very talkative and productive. After a few hours went by I started to feel how I feel with any Sativa. A little paranoid, anxious, slight headache, and very hungry. Overall pretty nice high. It would have been better if I brought more to smoke on my lunch.
