Mexican stoner, almost every day with this energetic but short effect. it do not have the best flavor but is a good high .

Trying to bring up the curve. We all know about the garbage that comes in bricks and has God knows what in it or on it. However, real Mex is not awful and definitely beats some of these "elegant" strains for it's effect. I think it's really a 4 of 5 but just hate to see it get bashed because of it's typical appearance and smoke quality due to the trade.

THE REAL SECRET BEHIND THC - Back in the day, around 1990 to 1995, Weed didn't just get you high - there was 'Special' weed. If you could pay a bit extra, A reputable source could bring you dynamite. Not so much, anymore. Do you read how old brick Mex from the 80's Had 2 to 5% THC? That's a lot, let me tell you why. Today, those 30% numbers are mostly THC-A [THC-acid]. THCA is non-psychoactive, doesn't get you high. Delta 9 THC [in modern weed] usually ranges from 0% to 2%. THEY DID NOT TEST for THCA in 1980. Only THC. A 5% THC bud with 10% THCA will get you FAR and away. A 1% THC bud with 23%THCA is medical, and will get you buzzed. Mexican brick, on average, in 1989 Was 5x stronger than current 'Medical' marijuana. Nuff said. JS

Not the strongest, but a fairly good high; however,the exact "strain" usually depends on how deep in Mexico you are. Like most people have said, indigenous marijuana plants in Latin America were "sativa", so that would explain the "head-high", yet there is a decent body high. Now, while in Mexico and in the States, I've had some straight up Mexican Reggie. But once in Zacatecas, after a while of asking around and even getting robbed once, we found the entire "pueblito's" (town's) dealer, some guy who runs errands for some Mexican organization. He'd sell us around 4 or 5 grams for $2 USD. Sometimes we'd get some seed-infested bull shit, but every couple of days or so (we bought like an eighth a day) we'd get some straight up fire with no seeds, yet some weariness at the end. Now I just had some Trainwreck so I'll probably go write a rating on it or I might forget, but I am supposed to be writing an essay right now but I'm here writing weed reviews so I'ma try to get a grip and my shit together. lol Trainwreck, I started this rating sober and on Mexican but now I'm on Trainwreck and forgot what I was gonna write, and too lazy to remember. Anyway, Mexican is good but it kinda sucks not knowing where your bud's coming from.

Not a big fan of this strain. Gets me paranoid and the high last less than 1 hour, gives you the munchies HARRD and it also gives you headaches. But if taken enough you'll get a good body high, I still consider it one of the worst, it is abundant with seeds, I suppose if someone experienced grew it in a green house then it wouldn't be that bad. All they know about growing weed down here is that you plant the seed and weed comes out.

If you can find some mid to upper mid grade of this and mix it with your favorite high end. Durban, Mobb Boss, Kushes etc. it makes a nice Salad. Also to make your stash last and wallet happy. Alone, it will do in a pinch or give you a seed headache if you don't groom well.

this strain has a bad rep and is a weird strain because some batches are good and some are straight shit. my dealer had this and i was skeptical because i have gotten this before and it tasted like smoking a cigarette but he said it was more better and it was smooth hits and taste good and a creeper high which to me are more intense because it on and off hits u outta the blue
