I picked up some Mendo Blue pre-rolls at The Holistic Center a couple weeks ago on a special they were offering. never heard of it but they haven't steered me wrong so I thought I'd try it. LOVE. IT.! First, this strain has a very smooth flavor, almost sweet. It didn't take much to help me get to sleep in the most natural "tired going to bed" type sleep and give me a great night's sleep, better than I've had in a long time. Also nice relaxation effect for body pain. I need to get more of this strain before it become elusive.

IF ANYONE ASKS - I would definitely consider Mendo Purps to be a medicinal strain. Super relaxing, it felt like the muscles in my face literally let go simultaneously. This strain is great for reducing inflammation. I really believe that it might actually be better than an NSAID/anti inflammatory medication, muscle relaxer; even most OTC and prescription pain relievers, as well as medications specifically prescribed for nerve pain. It completely took a away my migraine, which I get frequently. My acute shoulder pain and back pain also went away, as well as my other chronic pain caused by my autoimmune disease. Even my husband’s nerve pain was completely reduced. In addition, Mendo Purps helps relieve anxiety and depression. This is a great strain to help with ADD/ADHD symptoms. I feel alert, focused, motivated; uplifted, social and content. It can also inspire a person’s creative and spiritual side. Personally, this strain reminds me of a mixture of Pineapple Express, Purple Panty Dropper and Sour Jack, even a bit of Jack Herer. Definitely worth trying! It’s a well-rounded strain for sure! I did a review of Grape Ape, as well, because I thought they were the same strain, different name 😉 but. . Anyways, this purple flower, is very Deep, as well as the greens. & OMG! listening to Pink Floyd on this is THEE MOST AMAZING experience ever, I never knew what to expect! & My body flows through the air like a wet noodle & I feel gravity pull it's fierce grip down my spine, & my body opens up in the music.... I've also tried listening to the Doors, Led Zeppelin & many other bands of that era.

As times have changed so has Purple Indica. We called it Caliweed back in the 80’s. Afghan or Our own California purple it’s always been my pain med choice. These days it’s better than ever, high THC and beautiful dense flowers. And those hybrids that make it truly worth trying as chronic pain relief. It worked for me. ✌🏻

Fifty year old weed virgin here. First try. Trying to be. more cautious, I took two puffs and waited a half hour. All I noticed was an overall slightly stupid feeling. Not in a bad way, just mentally a tad slower and physically a little unbalanced. Back to the garage for four more good hits. Another half hour or so and the euphoria and munchies are here and my vision is doing something a little off. Some arousal as well. Not a bad strain so far. I will be asleep before I get to ride this one all the way out. The body buzz is nowhere near as strong as White Widow. More like NYPD.
