Knock you right out if that's what you want, but i prefer a more active high
I wrote a review a year ago and wanted to follow up. I have SEVERE anxiety, severe insomnia, high blood pressure, and fibromyalgia. King Louis is the only thing that cures my anxiety and insomnia while also curing severe menstrual cramps. Instant pain and stress reliever. I was in the worst mood yesterday, feeling down and depressed and after a few vape hits of King Louis I was a new person. Happy, uplifted, euphoric. I finally slept! The only negative is you will get the munchies, however not as bad as other indicas. If you suffer from stress, anxiety, bad pain, ibs, and insomnia the this is the strain for you. No need for medications when you have King Louis! Long live the King! 👑
Nothing less than a five-star strain. Terpene profile is to die for and the combination of body high and mental relaxation is pretty much unmatched for me.
My girlfriend slept for a whole four hours straight so this is my new favorite indica strain 😍
Well, here's the tea: I'm a chatty(some may say) busy-body, high stress person, even though I go to therapy and that helps my stress levels for the most part.
Back story; when I first tired weed (like the first 10 or so times) I always got too energized and freaked out and just couldn't handle being high. Fast forward, I found out like 5 or so years ago that I have anxiety (and pre-existing depression on top of it WOOT WOOT), so most likely the weed other people offered me were Sativas or Sativa dominate hybrids, which now I know that at the time I really needed a something to slow more down more than speed me up. Naturally, I learned pure Indicas were the perfect balance for my high strung sole. One of the first, and honestly to this day, the best Indica highs that I have ever been was for nothing other than this strain, King Louis! Just as I got in to being a full time stoner, my close friend started selling me oil cartridges, mainly whatever strain they had on them. At first, he was carrying 500mg carts, but got in a supply of 1000mg carts, just as I had recently discovered my sweet spot with Indica strains. Conveniently enough, the first 1000mg cart I ever tried was King Louis. I've been through several carts of it since, and just this week I finally got an with of the flower version. Let me tell you, no matter how strong of a smoker you are, pick this strain up, clear your schedule, and rip a cartridge puff, a small dab, a bong rip, or a joint puff of this bad boy and let those daily stresses melt away. If Gorilla Glue had a 10 ton, RESPECTABLE cousin, this would be it. The heavyweight champ of Indicas in ny completely bias opinion.
9/10
It helps you relax alot! smoking this then going to sleep 1000/10
I'm a moderate smoker with a history of anxiety when smoking. The taste of this flower was delicious. I took two hits and held them for longer than I should have. I was afraid I was going to have a panic attack but it didn't happen! I wouldn't recommend driving while using this, as the mind wanders easily with this strain. I relaxed at home with subtle munchies and extreme couch lock. I fell asleep fast and stayed asleep, waking up refreshed. All in all, a pretty good strain , just be mindful of the amount you're taking if you have anxiety.
This strain outperforms the almighty Granddaddy Purple. I’m a medical user (spasticity,) but due to the body high King Louie is almost recreational. It feels like I’m covered in styrofoam beads. Serious couch lock, and I got lost in my thoughts, so when I started coming down, I kind of felt like I was waking up suddenly from a nap. (A bit of a rude shock, since I was trying to get to sleep... but no less amazing.)
If you can get your hands on it, i definitely recommend it.
