tl;Dr: one of those strains that you have to try. a future superstar of not already one. Got an eighth of some top shelf KLP mainly because of its brilliant lineage. The bag appeal is 8.5/10. don't get me wrong, it is exactly how you want your weed to look and more, but it doesn't show off is all. so many different colors. I had one super bright green nugget and some darker emerald green and purple hued nugs. the trichomes look more like granular sugar than powdered which could be an indication of quality cultivation as well. the smell gave my apartment that unmistakable chronic smell. I'd say mostly sweet skunky. there's definitely sour in there though too. kids - get some extract. smoked a ~.4 joint. it smoked so well. no running and a nice light grey cherry. the taste is so sour! never had an actual key lime pie, but this does taste like limes and not lemons. it's very distinct. that kush says what's up by punching you in the chest. very little coughing, and if any, it was toward the end. first comes the body relaxation and then you realize that some how you got 50% more attractive! congrats. depression is gone but your brain decided to take a break from all it's other functions as well. you're not worthless or couch locked but you should probably go dance around naked in a field somewhere or whatever it is you like to do for cheap outdoor fun. don't smoke this and stay at home by yourself. it's likely if you smoke this you'll actually force yourself to get out and be social or be in wilderness. in my top 5 with fire og, MAC, Mango, and Savage Mendo (Blackwater). thanks for reading!

key lime pie: 25.5% THC harvest date 11/22/2016 Grower: Elevated North Gardens LLC Retailer: Bud Commander King-size RAW Cone Initial lights up includes sweetness like a lime candy on the sweet receptors, while a prominent diesel/citrus taste on the sour and bitter areas of the pallet. The sweet lime candy taste lingers for a good 20 minutes after the smoke. KLP provides a nice sweet citrus smell mixed with notes of wood and hash on the nose. Halfway through the joint I start to feel a heavy head and neck high/relaxation, another benefits almost immediately is this strain's ability to crush anxiety and depression. As you drift off into key lime bliss, your body starts to get heavy, resulting in a super smooth smoke that is not too harsh for beginners. Although this is a great smooth smoke for beginners, beware of the high cannabinol content; start small. For a phenotype of GCS, this strain is my personal favorite. The only negative I see for this particular strain is the popcorn size buds from the grower.

Margarita time! 🍈🍈🍈🍈 Key lime pie is truly that, a margarita style strain.... Great flavor, and good for any occasion! This is a perfectly balanced hybrid, which makes it great for an all day strain. I have been lucky enough to get my hands on some of this bud and oil. If you get a chance to get this in oil, you must do so as the flavor is extremely close to sipping on a nice lime margarita. This is a citrus hitting strain, but far from the lemon citrus we are all used to, this one will knock it out of the park for you. My True Rating: 4.6 (flower) 4.8 (oil) -BPop6

The perfect strain name didn't exist until now. I tried this strain via cartridge and it tasted like a slice of Key Lime Pie and was a great experience. I first tried the strain as I was putting together a bed with drawers that my wife had purchased from IKEA. So, like any sane person, I decided to... lift my spirits a bit before constructing this piece of furniture using only pictures that make it very difficult to see the details of what you are building. I took 2 solid hit and started unboxing all 5 boxes of this furniture. An hour later, that was all finished and I took one more hit to ride out for the duration of the evening. I went through all 38 steps of constructing this king-size bed with drawers (important, because you have to install the drawer tracks and everything - nothing comes put together at all) and didn't make a single mistake and it only took me 90 minutes. If you knew me, you'd be surprised. I had such immense focus and so much energy. I didn't mind the redundant tasks of tightening bolts and all of the other annoyances that come with putting together furniture. I just turned on a blink-182 & Neck Deep playlist and enjoyed my evening constructing a bed.

Very nice and relaxing strain to help loosen up back w/ pain associated in back or hip's or make dealing w/ pain livable. Great strain for reading or house work.

Took 2 hits outside in the garden and a few minutes later I started talking to myself while watering plants. Stayed clear and focused for about an hour then mellowed into a nice calm state sitting in my chair watching the birds. Could not stop smiling it made me feel so happy. Taste is definitely spot on with key lime flavor.

First Leafly review because I need to honor this incredible strain and share the good word! My body is relaxed, my mind is finding delight in my thoughts, but most of all I notice how much this weed opens my heart. I got really hungry and also really nostalgic for this Italian place I used to love as a kid. Looking online and seeing they will deliver spaghetti to my house feels like a miracle, and I am filled with gratitude for all the simple pleasures in life. This is the “happiest” strain I’ve smoked in a long time.
